How can any true fan be happy with the situation? I’ve followed Town for 30 years and we’re wasting the momentum we gained by being in the PL in a criminal fashion Only true fans... B***ocks. Are you happy with this situation? A true fan will continue to follow the club down to the 4th division ( - done it twice) but only f*****g idiots would claim in certain situations they are "happy" with certain scenarios. ....& I'm afraid this seems like one of those. |

Dump the 4 3 3 for 4 2 1 3 as mentioned above. Get Pritchard and VLP in the same team and we might get away with the lack of creativity.
Try pick 3 out of Bacuna, Chaloba, Wankovic, Brown, Hogg and we won’t break the shittest teams down. But it’s gone too far, we won’t dump this stupid system cause we’ve told the whole world how we’re gunna play. Why?

Kongolo gets injured and is out for 2 months. What do you do then? Play a German lower league right back there, or a kid who has made 1 pro start? It's a joke how we've got to the end of the window without bringing in a left back, having let 2 who played there go. He’s not been backed all summer His job was hard enough Now even harder He will have known this,he’ll have known exactly the budget we have to work with. I don’t rate him as a manager but I doubt he’s a total idiot.He could have done something about it if he wasn’t happy. But but you've already told us this once... |

On a serious note though. There's plenty to be upset about at how things have been for a while now.
Our misery started when VLP was left out of the team.
He should be playing imho.
It would provide alternate talking points as he'd be the one getting pelted by the fans.
Just a thought.

He has been pushed under the bus.... we haven't even recruited for his system.
The new director of football will come in, appoint his own man and return to the 4231 high press with Jan given his marching cards.
The 3 window transition included a new manager around October, like the Wagner and Farke model and building a war chest for the new man.

The players we are left with until January (unless we sign free agents like Olsson and Campbell) are much better suited to 3-5-2 than any of the systems that require 2 full backs in a back four.
If we don't show significant signs of improvement with the 4-3-3 on Saturday, then I suggest we experiment with 3-5-2 v Lincoln, with this team:-
Grabara
Chalobah
Schindler
Kongolo
Hadergjonaj or Bockhorn
Hogg
Brown
Bacuna
Pritchard or VLP
Grant
Mounie
use Diakhaby and Mbenza as impact subs, neither of them are 90 minute players anyway.
If Siewert continues along his current path he will go the way of Wadsworth, on and off the pitch. His comment about draws in his last press conference depressed me, he should keep that to himself.

How bad does it have to get before PH does something decisive? I know the current situation is beyond his minimal football experience, perhaps he should swallow his pride and ask 'Dean, what do I do?'.

Don’t worry our Phil wants to take us to a new level and has not come here to be average, maybe he has got his sights on league one. I can see us becoming a league one power house again. Doing the double over the likes of Bradford. |
