None of the posters on here came out promising a lot and delivering nothing - they have every right to throw dummies out when given false promises / hope! My reaction today is exactly as it has been for the last 6 weeks - today has just been a continuation of that This transfer window like the 2 before it have been terrible Feel very sorry for Jan who has a thankless task - I also said that 6 weeks ago What was promised? He said they were working on trying to get 3 prem league loans, (we got two) he said no player would leave unless the money was right, BUT it was difficult if a player made it clear he didn't want to be here. Mooy wanted another chance in the prem. We have let him go, BUT we are protected because he signed a new deal before he went.

Reasoned criticism / concern is acceptable, even desirable at times.
Malicious personal (even libelous) abuse / attacks are not.
Some, not all, need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Is not passion, I am passionate about supporting my team, but I don't have to take my brain out to do it. Its being totally unrealistic and ignoring the facts. The amount of claims on here about there being no money, asset stripping chairman etc. is just rediculous. None of us know Is like kids in a sweet shop throwing a paddy because they can't what they want. Correct, none of us do know. But for the ones calling him out about it, that’s how it looks and you can’t blame them, nor should people moan and start threads about it. We won’t know, we may do years down the line what the real reasons were etc, but it doesn’t look good from the outside. A big part of going up was togetherness. Slagging the owner a d the club off constantly with no substance to the claims will only make the chance of results improving and best played staying even less likely. Self prophecy. Supposing PH reads all this shit and thinks fuck it, I don't need this shite, and walks away? Is that really going to help the situation?

It's the timing of AM's departure that irks me. The final afternoon of deadline day. Of all the times it could happen. And this new contract/loan carry on. Seems odd at best. Doesn't fill me with optimism at all. It's a dean cock up that. How come everyone was so sure he had a 1 yr option on his contract. That's what gave him and his agent leverage. The fact that Brighton were prepared to say £5m or fuck off, we'll have him for nothing at the end of the year. It's how it works, it's also what we did to Charlton.

Some posters on here would make a positive out of the stadium burning to the ground. For months I’ve been saying it’s going wrong , we not signing anyone , etc etc and all the positive spinners have been able to say is “chill out it’s only 1st of July “ “ windows not shut yet “ “ take a pill trust the club “ well guess what ........... Being a realist does not make me and others teddy chuckers

It was togetherness and all this about having ones lined up should we need to replace key players, he’s lost it there with some. The substance is what we are seeing today, nothing has come to fruition what he said. A statement may help, it may not, nor does he actually need to do one. But people will be for him right now and people will be very much against him and you can’t blame them. If the results get worse then it will be even greater. If he walks away so be it. Us fans will still be here and so will the club. If he walks away after reading comments on here, he doesn’t deserve to be in charge of the club. You need seriously thick skin to run any club, walking away proves he’s a quitter. Things may turn for the best and I sincerely hope they do. A nice win streak starting Saturday would be brilliant, however if it goes the other way, then everything will deteriorate, from the attendances to the support of the management.

Very well said and very true. Good on you. Care to enlighten us what these facts are? Two of them are that our new Chairman said that we were working on 3 exciting PL loans in the Mooy mould (only 2 brought in and hardly exciting) We had players lined up ready to replace any players that were sold/leaving - (where are they?) He said he was ambitious but he hasn't shown it with his actions so far. Fans have a right to be angry. We've had a torrid time over the last eighteen months and the actions of late have done little to alleviate that.

I have not done this to be average, I am very ambitious It’s different to a business because there are only certain things I can influence, but I have no wish for the team to go backwards We have to continue to develop talent and make sure there is a pathway for players to come through to the first team Also, we have to make sure if we are selling players we invest properly. As a supporter, I have the same wants as everyone else - the very best for the club It was no fun last year, so we have to start winning again” This invest properly bit... please correct me but having sold Smith / Billing / Mooy loan fee / Zanka going ... I don’t think we’ve seen the investment but as I say happy to stand corrected He’ll quickly have to learn that people listen to what he says! No hiding

I don’t think we’ve seen the investment but as I say happy to stand corrected He’ll quickly have to learn that people listen to what he says! No hiding Posted this earlier, taken from Facebook at the turn of the year....... I’ve got to say this now. Sick of seeing a minority of Town fans talking about getting rid of the manager , so here’s some points from me having supported the club for 41 years: 1. Did any of us think we would ever play in the Premier league for 1 season , never mind 2? 2. If we go down , Dean & David have earned us the equivalent of 15+ years turnover in 2 years. 3. If we go down and sell our assets and start again, make that 20+ years turnover in 2 years. 4. Think about where we have come from and where we are now, somewhere none of us ever dreamed of . 5. Without Dean & David , this would never have happened, not a single chance. 6. We could still stay up. 7. If we go down, we will be strong enough financially to compete at the the very top and do it again. 8. Find me a better Manager who would come to Huddersfield (let me save you the effort , they don’t exist). 9. David Wagner , LEGEND. 10. Dean Hoyle , LEGEND. Nobody likes to be bottom of the league and lose football matches (trust me I know) , but look at where we are and how far we have come. Give David and the lads your support, because the reality is they have taken us to somewhere we couldn’t even dream of! If you’re suggesting Wagner goes you are a muppet , give your head a shake ! #UTT #Terrierspirit

But it's not easy, they might be sold, they might be loaned elsewhere, they might of read the shite on here and thought "no thanks" Mooy went on loan, Chalabah arrived on loan. He’s the only player that could win a game singlehanded, he’s the only player of his standard in that team , he’s the player everyone in the stadium knew that could change a game with a single pass , he would conjure up a piece of magic give it to someone like Kachunga who would then put it into row z. So yea sometimes he would get fed up with people simply not being able to do what he could but saying he couldn’t be arsed ....really ! either you never played or if you did you were not up to much , or you would know the difference between frustration and not being arsed.

Today is just a sad day and a bit embarrassing also. When you read Twitter and see some of the comments and then realise you know some of these people...it beggars belief what people think they can actually say.
Some of what has gone on today isn't healthy or acceptable; it is like folk have totally lost their rationality. It is certainly not normal from my perspective.
Or maybe, chatting bullshit without any type of filter is the new normal.
Forever Town, whatever happens.

You heard "I promise we'll get some premier league loans in’ Where do I refer to 3 loans in my comment? But thanks for telling me what I heard. You refer to 3 loans in your post. I don’t in my reply to your question about promises What I did refer to in my answer to your question is the comment that if we sell then we have to invest properly... You decided to ignore my point about selling billing/ Smith / Zanka to come etc and mention something I don’t even refer to In your words Jesus wept

I have never seen so many dummies being spat out and teddies thrown out of prams. Time to move on and get on with the season . I don't consider myself a dummy spitter, bed wetter or anything similar but the position we find ourselves in is bloody alarming. From a rock solid base and clear identity to something that can only be described as lacking direction at best and an utter shambles at worst. I cannot understand how we arrived at such a position so quickly. I don't need to explain any more my myriad of posts this week cover my carefully considered views.

I have never seen so many dummies being spat out and teddies thrown out of prams. Time to move on and get on with the season . The instinct of every football fan is to be optimistic about every new season. The reason so many are being pessimistic is not that they enjoy having a moan but that they rightly believe that things are not right at the club.

I'm in some doubt that the person who claims to have spent money getting a Mooy shirt for his son is genuine. The person in question has a bit of a reputation on Facebook at putting the club down at every opportunity and once said he's going to start supporting Leeds. If it is genuine then I will hold my hands up.

Mooy hasn't scored from open play since November and recorded only one assist last season, I can't remember when that was but I'm sure somebody can. In fact he only recorded four assists in 65 Premier League matches, one being in our first game against Crystal Palace. Think you're going overboard a little.

Then again at Christmas when we failed in another window and were told to wait, ridiculed and told be patient the club was saving the warchest for spending this summer on a real go at promotion this season. Now that hasn't materialised we need to wait be patient another 10-15 games (or a third of the season) then what. Kick the can further down the road, then we won't be getting the decisions of referees, or who could expect our only striker or left back would get injured/suspended.

In the spirit of Paddy Power, the club should exchange the shirt for a blonde Aaron Mooy wig.
