I defy you to find a club with such a poor record at the top level globally. I saw 28 games last year and zero wins. Simply appalling.

Fort William would turn us over. At least I'd only have to travel 30 miles to watch the game 😂

Fort William would turn us over. Just William is better than our offensive players.

No Saturday wins since beating Watford on 14th April 2018 with Ince's last minute goal. I remember it well, but for other reasons - my wife broke her ankle that day.

A stat that shows that the rot set in well before the current manager and Chairman took charge.

We beat Bournemouth on a Sunday. Can't for the life of me think of the last Saturday win I saw?

Ive had a season ticket for a number of years. I usually miss maybe three or four home games a season due to work or holiday commitments. And attend four or five aways a season. I was on holiday for the Watford win the season before last and working when we beat Wolves last season. The last time i saw us win was West Brom at home the season before last in February 2018. Christ.

Try Kardemir Karabükspor, 3 wins in 34 in Super Lig (Premier League Equivalent) and no wins in 34 the following season in Lig 1 (Championship equivalent) Including cup games their actual record in the last 54 games is 2. Will that do? If so can we move onto something else like backing the team on Friday night?

I've seen us win 3 times on a Saturday since we got promoted to the PL. Watford, West Brom and Man Utd all in the first PL season. We have only won 4 times on a Saturday at home in that period. The last team we scored 2 goals against at home on a Saturday was December 9th 2017 v Brighton. I missed that game as it was my daughter's 1st birthday. She will be in bloody school before we do it again at this rate

Add Man U that's 5 home Saturday wins.

So why all the haste to get back to the Premier League (by some people) ? Baffling!

This highlights, if such illumination was needed, the difficult job Jan Siewert has had the last eight months in trying to transform the players' confidence and performances. Also, regardless of his strengths or weaknesses as a coach, he started when Town's relegation was almost certain and the club was being sold, without the prospect of much new investment in players. He has subsequently been in the position of losing some of the best players, whilst having a squad which includes some players with an awful lot to learn and some who were distinctly iffy purchases. He's had/got a difficult coaching task and a difficult management task. It's no wonder that the chap is struggling. I'd still like to see a bit more entertainment though...........

He did score four goals - two in each of their games at our ground - but Mounié scored four as well. He got two against Brighton, one against Bournemouth and one against Burnley. So they were joint top scorers - let's not do our lads down too much, eh?

Sorry MT...the goal against Bournemouth went down as an own goal..quite rightly too I’m afraid,I was right behind it and Mounie’s shot was bound for the corner flag. You can’t tell from watching the highlights mind. So the Kane stat stands unfortunately for us!

Youre right to say that he lost a Bournemouth goal to a deflection, but he did score one. Then we got a last minute penalty, converted by RVLP, which at the time we all wanted him to take because we all thought it would have been a hat-trick. So my stat stands.
