You would imagine that David Webb has been mulling over this very question for a little while now. How is the current English manager of Osterunds (no idea if that is spelt correctly) getting on? Maybe he is looking at bringing him across with him

My Bournemouth supporting friend and I are were discussing the dislike that has grown to hatred of Jan, and he said " How much money was he given to spend" Well I think the answer is none - bar a couple of hundred thou for some development players. How do you think this shower of failures, and they are failures because they are all unemployed, will fair with no transfer fund. There are no transfers coming until January anyway.

Chris Hughton would turn around results but I'm sure it'd be blooming miserable football. I'd try prize the lad away from Barnsley, Stendel - seems to be doing a great job and might not even need to move house. It can't be any worse than it is now. We could be Blyth Spartans with Clark at the helm. A good team last year with an easy start to the season looking at the opposition but 3 defeats and a GD if 1-8

We could buy Jokanovic out of his multi-million pound contract in Qatar. I think Jokanovic has gone to Qatar to wait out a UK situation arising. Word is he wanted £2m when interviewed by WBA. And he left Watford cos they wouldn't pay him what he thought they should after he'd got them promoted. I guess he wants rewarding for his success - is that so wrong ? Would we pay that ? seems like we did for Wagner. Problem I could foresee is that having been at Chelsea as a player then at Watford and Fulham - he may be London-centric; Leeds is an attractive place to live but we shouldn't want another Powellesque London-centric kinda guy.

Didn't they practically have to assemble a whole new team in the summer? He's still crap, mind.

Not sure Hughton would fancy working under the financial constraints.
I'd be happy with Hudson and Whitehead short term to bring some positivity back, keep things simple, move back to what brought success and see how they go. Worst case they steady the ship, best case they may be long term candidates. Outside Hudson it needs to be someone with some level of appropriate experience and please don't let the same committee who presided over recent recruitment be solely involved, the club needs help from people who really know what they're doing. There shouldn't be any big financial contsraints. that's the worrying thing.

Daft as it may sound . I'd go with Nathan Jones If we wait a couple of weeks we shouldn’t have to pay compensation to Stoke, with them being below us in the table and all.

Not sure why Moyes and big Sam are on that list. They’ll want 50k a week plus huge bonuses if we stay up. No way we will be paying anywhere near that.

When Wagner left, a lot of people were asking for Mikel Arteta. I haven’t seen his name mentioned yet? He’s definitely a long shot though but if we are ambitious then we’d go for it, surely?

I see Pullis has enjoyed his holiday and is raring to get back in the game...shudder.

There's speculation & then there's outright fantasy. If you think Arteta would come here I think you need to see a Doctor...

Chris Hughton maybe not the most exciting manager but think he can galvanise everyone and stabilise the club.

You don’t need funds to organise a team though, we saw Wagner come in and get a team delivering greater than the sum of it’s parts and that’s what got us excited about him getting the funds. Giving a transfer kitty to a failing manager is throwing good money after bad money in my opinion.

if anything happens it will be mark hudson and whitehead , short term at least, i sort of think hougton would be the best bet for a couple of seasons but how about phil neville , he must want to mange a league club and he wont get a chance at man utd in the near future or maybe he is waiting for the job at salford!
