My MOTM closely followed by Grabara & Flo. Amazed nobody came in for him, over the 3 years, very few games he hasn’t been Mr Reliable. Reads the game effortlessly, turns up regardless of the situation - model pro.

Without a doubt. Hardly ever puts a foot wrong. Him and Kongolo were rocks tonight, Kongolo had Knockeart in his pocket, unfortunately, the rest are a shower of shit and leave them badly exposed at times.

....didn't over-impress me tonight - couple of good tackles...and does his job "as it says on the tin" --- but offers very little to our forward impetus : passes back to goalie (the easy option) rather than a forward pass into the midfield. Also, chances to make a foray forward himself are never taken. Solid in defence.....but nothing more.
Young O'Brian m-o-m for me.

1st half I though O'brien was really good, but he was missing 2nd half.
Schindler was superb, as always,so gets my MOTM.
As for Flo, some great crosses (at last!) but he defended badly tonight. He kept letting men go past him ball watching and that bit where he turned round to appeal to the liner whilst their man had the ball in the box opposite him was schoolboy.

Him and Kongolo were rocks tonight, Kongolo had Knockeart in his pocket, unfortunately, the rest are a shower of shit and leave them badly exposed at times. Quite a contrasting back four. Schindler and Terrance are two of the best defenders I've seen play for Town. Flo is really poor in my opinion. Had a good game by his standards tonight but think he's a bit soft and doesn't take responsibility. I purposefully posted nothing when Town signed Elphick. Never rated him. Often been vocal about him being basically shit. My lass was away when Town signed him. Rang me to get the inevitable rant out of the way rather than endure it when she got home. Sadly she ended up listening to another Tommy rant after Derbys first goal. Completely summed Tommy up. Clueless. Knew I'd end up posting about tommy eventually. Poor excuse for a centre back. If he's picked Town will always struggle.

Maybe a back three might be better if we don't have full backs that cannot defend well enough for a back 4?

Defensively he is a liability. But, great cross for the goal and he always has acres of space out there. I’m not his biggest fan at all, but thought one of few players that actually posed some sort of threat last night.

Couple of times he showed how to stop a big man getting a header on goal by easing him out. Elphick just let his man come straight over him for their first goal.

Had his best game for a long time did Flo, defo top three performance wise. Watch the goal again, their runner meant he had to stand off. Someone should have been marking Bryan or closing down Cavaleiro, who except for the goal was pretty shit. Sent from my SM-G920F using proboards

Sent from my SM-G920F using proboards Agreed. I'm not sure exactly what he was supposed to do. If he'd closed Cavaliero down, Cavaliero could easily have slotted it through to Bryan. It was a clever bit of play from Fulham & shows the havoc that can be caused when you attack as a unit with clever movement. Flo had to deal with 2 men by himself. The attacking side of his game IS better than the defensive, but I thought he played quite well last night.
