I’m fed up of the club being a laughing stock.
To wake up this morning to the news Jan was fired on Tuesday evening only to be reinstated on Weds explains the blokes body language last night as a dead man walking and amateur hour.
So huge opportunity presents itself now for a watershed and to get our house in order and the managerial position is only one part o f that process and it may well take the rest of this season.
Time for a marquee appointment and Has to as proved as we can achieve. Some obvious candidates but expect they will take some convincing to join the circus. They will also want budget reassurances and a sensible vision.
Clear out the bad eggs in the dressing room and any others on the staff side that need to go. This will obviously have to be phased approach.
Boardroom. Time for a few changes and Some fresh ideas. Winter has done his time and we need some savvy heads. It’s clear PH needs some caking influences around him and hopefully he had learnt a few lessons that hard way over the last 7 weeks. He can start by less public commentary and toning it down a little.
He will get another chance from most but he has to learn and quickly.
This can all look very different come Christmas and January with the right appointment and some much needed self discipline on and off the field .
Time to regroup and pull together now UTT!

I think Paul Hollywood would be a good fit for Phil & there’s not many with greater cake knowledge than Paul. He’d come if Sean J allows him to use his sunbed when he likes..

Give the job to that boxer chap that never boxes. Time on his hands. He's got all the kit from the Club shop anyway. Whack him in some Paddy Power trunks on the touchline. Bingo. Cheap too.

Is this true? Where does this come from? www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/08/16/fulham-huddersfield-ivan-cavaleiros-premier-league-quality-strike/Suspect the actual truth is slightly different. ...although it’s all very similar to Wagner....”I won’t sack him, he’s got the job for the whole season”....”I want to leave”....”please stay”....”ok, until end of the season”....”thanks, I love you...........you’re sacked”. We seem to do everything slightly oddly over the last few years!

Why should a good Mgr need budget reassurances? The squad is good enough to compete. You could probably pick anyone from on here, give 'em £70m and they'd do ok. Good Mgrs don't just need money, they're good because they get the most out of the team that's sat in front of them. I'm sure there's a name on the tip of my tongue that would provide an example of that...

Simple on budget translate into what is the financial position of the club?
Do I have £££ to spend and how much if required? Are we competing or consolidating? All things I think any fair minded person would ask at an interview with a prospective employer?
I agree that the squad isn’t as bad as it’s current league position suggests but then Sunderland and others said that and look what happened!

What's your problem with Fes? boxrec.com/en/proboxer/716290If you like boxing, as much as I do, take a trip down the rabbit hole and read, watch things about him etc. www.checkhookboxing.com/index.php?threads/fes-the-terrier-batista.103438/Nice thread on him there about how much of a joke he is. The guys record speaks volumes. Two wins, decisions, over a guy who had 9 fights and has lost all 9. Proclaims he’s going to be this and that, when he’s a shower of shite. Very strange individual

Yeah, sure he's a bit weird, just kind of left field how this poster attacked him on here.

Siewart was not fired on Tuesday night - come on this did not happen.
I bet he was told in no uncertain terms that the club and its supporters were not happy with the performance and in my opinion rightly so and indeed Friday's game v Fulham is a crucial one but no way was he fired Tuesday and allowed to manage the game v Fulham , beware of folk who start these rumours and yep that includes journalists.

I believe Siewert was dismissed on Tuesday, only to earn a short reprieve, as the Telegraph report states.

I’m not listening to fucking Lady Gaga over the tannoy all evening. Plus he’ll wear those ridiculous glasses on the touch line and in interviews. It’s a yes from me.

The town job is clearly too big for Phil, running it like Southport.

I don’t follow boxing. However...who was the boxer who was wheeled out during a half time last season who implied they were on the verge of setting up a big fight on the pitch at Town? Whatever happened to that??

Aston Villa star Jack Grealish became the first player to lose 20 straight Premier League matches in a row following Villas 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth at Villa Park.
