He won't get it paid in full as there would be no benefit to Town in doing so: they could just keep paying him for two years (gardening leave). But there is no benefit to Bell in that: after two years out of the game he would find it much harder to get work. The LMA have pretty much accepted that their members get a 50%ish portion of their remaining contract paid with a clause that they can't take a job for a short period (often 60 or 90 days) The exception to this is when a manager (or assistant) is on a rolling deal when the full contract is paid in full.
