Then manager has gone
The chairman has had stick
The players now need to realise they are a bloody disgrace. If this doesn't improve on Saturday I can fuckin guarantee this chant will start because I will start it.
These players are nothing short of a disgrace. For the club to single out zanka billing and lossl and not criticise these losers is a disgrace.
They are pathetic overpaid dicks.
Only one or two can take any credit this season. The rest are the reason why we have no wins and one point.
Blame the manager all you want, he was abysmal but these players are not trying hard enough.

Trying hard enough or not good enough? There's a massive difference. Never under estimate the psychological impact on any sportsmans' performance. It is absolutely critical. Losing becomes a habit, it changes mindsets and people who you would expect more from can massively under perform or make poor decisions. Take Hogg as an example. You could never accuse him of a lack of effort but watching last night his end product was way below what you would hope for. He made poor decisions. Sometimes the harder you try the worse it gets. In the promotion season and Premier League one the squad had complete confidence in each other. The spirit and belief was excellent. That has all but ebbed away. For me this is all down to what I what I previously thought were poor recruitment decisions which are looking increasingly like disastrous decisions. Not only have we recruited expensive players we recruited some players that have little heart or character. Not all are like this but it only takes one or two to upset the balance. I genuinely understand the frustration but the problems are more deep rooted. It should have been recognised before the end of last season and pre season should have been used to address the problem. The fact it wasn't is a poor reflection on those in charge and is the culmination of a series of lousy choices. Whoever ends up manager has one hell of a job on to get us stabilised. The balance on the pitch is all wrong. The lack of quality in key areas should have been addressed. The full back situation is a criminal oversight. Chalobah took responsibility last night and we easily our best player. We need to get a balance in midfield that helps him. In truth if we expected Mooy to leave a replacement should have been identified and secured. Kongolo needs to playing centre half. Van la Parra has to be one of the wider men, yes his end product is frustrating but he works for the team. Grant will score goals but he is the only one you can say that about. As frustrating as it is I think we need to see the bigger picture and realise that this is a bigger mess than perhaps we realise. There are definitely players out there with dubious heart and character but we cannot change anything before January. We have to support the players as much as possible until something can change. If we get on their back the fragile confidence will be hit more. I appreciate that this is easy to say but harder to do in the face of poor performances and results. The reality is though we haven't much of a choice. It's a thoroughly miserable position we find ourselves in and my only hope is that PH and those in charge recognise this. The positive bluster and indeterminable waffle needs to be replaced by action. We need a credible manager, I feel for Hudson as he has a dreadful challenge right now, and be able to support him in January. Right now staying in this league is the priority and nothing more. After 4 games and being relegated from the Premier league that is really disappointing to say the least. By all means feel the players are to blame, but in doing so look at things overall. Some of them need supporting even though they are below their best right now. I don't think turning against them will help, if anything it will only add to what is fast becoming a perfect storm. This is easy to write but far harder to consider when you have to through. It's going to be a tough few months, here's hoping we come out of the other side .

We've talked about this before and respectfully I disagree.
They are mentally jiggered I agree but that does not prevent a football player form passing is five yards to a teammate's feet or making a run into space.
There are actions evident, like Mbenza for example who is not trying, like bacuna who is making stupid mistakes because he isn't focused and like elphick who is quite frankly an accident waiting to happen every single game.
This is a bad place and we need warriors and focus to get out of this. Those who can't even muster a simple pass and run can get lost.

The silence is very loud from the club. Players like Elphick are an absolute car crash, he cannot be defended and he cannot defend.
