Great to be back in control of possession rather than sitting deep, but 0 shots on target at home after 43 mins with 75% of the ball is a worry.

Looking at the stats at half time weve totally mullered them, but..only one shot on target and that was by Reading??

I don't understand why we have so few shots on target. It's been the case since the premier league. Get a bloody shot on target and anything can happen - the keeper might fuck up, it might rebound to one of our players, a deflected shot goes in.. but that's never gonna happen because for some reason we only do about 3 shots a game and they're all wide or over!

Got a 1-0 defeat written all over this. Kongolo slip, one on one. For all the possession and heart we are pretty turgid and static. Next to no movement ahead of the ball.

Schindler header from a good VLP corner. VLP slashing a ball across rather than finding a man. Chalobah shot with the outside of the foot. We've had a go, but I'm not sure they entirely know what that entails. The running off the ball by Reading is far better when they get it.

Anyone know if Grant's playing? I've not seen him. You missed his flick to send Pritch in on goal, it was a pity the ball didn’t sit so Pritch could get a shot off earlier, rather than get it blocked |

Nearly gave this one a miss due to obvious reasons , but its the best performance I’ve seen in months.
Balls played forward to runners , good pressing and kongolo at centre back !
Little goal scoring threat but there is promise here
