If the numbers shared with me are right around how much Phil paid for his 75%, the sale value the whole club is only around £7m...so now would be a good chance to snaffle a bargain if you’ve got the money and enough to keep the club going longer term, fancy a bit of a vanity project and can convince the current two owners that you’d do a better job than them. Or. Shut up. Your choice. |

Sorry to perpetuate this thread but I assume the holding company is a private limited company i.e. Not quoted. Therefore is my understanding correct that as the majority shareholder can sell his or her shares to whoever he/she pleases.

Dean was desperate thinking he may die ( 3 out of 4 people with that type of contracted illness do according to dean )and rang a mate who took it off his hands for literally next to nothing.
