Fuck getting a new manager. Fuck getting new players. The only way out of this situation is to get a psychologist working with the players. They accept defeat too easily, it is no big deal for them. They expect defeat.
There will be specialists out there who do this kind of work and we need to spend whatever it costs to get one in.
If Phil wants to win the support of the fans then he needs to so this very thing. Now.
