What is it about all this identity bullshit. A manager brings his own ideas in and plans in good or bad as they maybe. I think this identity stuff is based around a commercial decision to identify a USP for the product ie "the terriers" and as irritating as the misuse of the term is, it is essential in a world wide market place. ie the premier league. There is a place for it, but like all messages simplicity is the key. We have a perceived identity of loyalty to the team, hard work and unity with the owner/team management. It is a good if idea as these are values universally understood and valued. The downside is if we as fans don't keep our side up we will look like a bunch of failed marketing students. But a lot is bullshit
