OK hearing that this manager will not see us as an attractive proposition , we have a lot going for us even though it doesnt look it at the minute , personally think we got this wrong beginning of second season in , we all knew the warning signs were there at the end of previous seasons , we all love DH but think we got it wrong on the playing side. This will probably upset a lot of town fans , but we showed blind faith in DW we all knew we wasnt gonna get better a month or two month in , we should have made a change while our stock was up as a club , get an experienced man in and i do believe we would have stayed up an built wisely an make sure we competeted whoever we ws against in the top league , whereas we turned up more in hope than expectancy .Now after some terrible decisions from the top there has been a massive knock on effect which has eaten away at the club for 18 months now and nobody to steady the ship , trying to say the same way while no pentration or managerial knowledge on pitch , again we love DH and DW we always will and forever in there debt , but there comes a time when u say , stop this isnt working and the long term plan of the club has been poor .
On th eplus side i do think if we get the right man in now an bring new ideas , freshen up th eplace and give us a new playing style , as we all know possesion we have but penetration is terrible , wenever constantly pepper the apposing gk with shots or chances . We dont have bad players at the club , they just been coached wrong and not been played to there strengths and the one up front is killing us , Grant is great finsiher but at minute hes been hung out to dry as hes not the hold up link up player hes a natural finisher plays on shoulder . If we got a manage rin who puts a structure in on the pitch where we compete , have fluidity throughout the team use the players strengths , im confident we will see results , shots and improved performances from players. Its been like this for too long now 18 months an as a player , hard to motivate , they wanna do things but get instructions do this and do that , yes there professionals but this is why VLP got frustrated , Mooy got frustrated , comes down to enjoy ur football as a player an most importantly as a fan , as we are the core of the club and will always be there for the club .
This has to be best appointment pay the right man what he wants , give him the freedom to do what he wants , a football man that knows how to run a club not having advisors who think they know football and best for club . I am looking forwrad to getting a new manager in , the new boss worries me as body language and speeches or lack of them is not good for us as a club , anyway am sure these views wont agree with everyone , but this is what a forum is for isnt it , i just want the best for the club on the pitch as off it will follow naturally , keep the faith get the right man in , lets start enjoying the football again .

Don't worry we've just navigated the most important transfer window in the clubs history with great success,so I'm sure we will choose wisely,,I'm putting my money on Bob Carolgees and spit the dog,or Emu and Jimmy Krankie
