Not on the Bounty. No,at Stoke.
A big feature about them in the DM
Some snippets. Under Mark Hughes they were ninth in the PREMIER three times.
Why were so many signed at high cost, finding it so difficult to perform?
Afobe cost £12 million -- has scored three on loan to BRISTOL CITY.
Tales of of poor discipline and mutiny. One player refused to take part in a warmdown session after a match AS HE HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH.
Recruitment a disaster.
There is more.

Used to know a lad who 'worked' for West Ham. 60k a year, Mercedes E class company car. He was on call to collect first team squad players who Were over the limit to drive to training or to get to the coach for away games etc. He also collected them from houses that were not their 'own' etc.. Now employed part of security that covers a number of London clubs and more now after the Arsenal lads 'incident'. A fully fledged team of advisors on drugs, alcohol and gambling at most big clubs, there are a lot of 'overheads' involved and now part and parcel of players contracts.
