It's all ok then is it?
I've enjoyed watching you lead town song after town song at numerous away games but coming on here spouting that shit in the current predicament ain't clever.
We're crap and heading for League 1 if things don't change.

Not you necessarily King, but what good does being a whinging, moaning tw*t on here do? {that's twit, admins} And there are far too many of the c**ts {that's clots, admins} at the moment The mayor brings a touch of levity to the proceedings as he knows(as all long-in-the-toothers do) that there's no point in owt else. On to the next game > month > season > owner > manager we go. Sees you at Luton (for the fortunate) then onwards to the Massive TV game etc etc.

If you were at the Great Escape in 1948-49 its easy to be relaxed! Spooky old bean. Less than an hour ago I finished reading The Hero Maker: A Biography of Paul Brickhill, by Stephen Dando-Collins. As I am sure you know Brickhill wrote The Great Escape. Published in 1949. Soooo, almost certainly written in 1948-49.

Curious....although i am sure you are aware my reference was the 1-0 defeat of Man City surviving in the last 10 minutes of the season.

Fully understand the Mayor - Whatever will be will be
When youve seen us beat the likes of West Ham (World Cup Winners) and Arsenal (Double Winners) etc in crowds of Forty Odd Thou and your still there not 3 years later, watching Town playing in front crowds of less than Two Thou, struggling at the bottom of the old forth division, nothing ever surprises. There's never a dull moment - were either challenging to go up or fighting for our lives to stay up - never been any inbetweens with Town
Watching us away at Torquay, Southport Darlington and at loads of other clubs who are no longer in the league, really it puts it into prospective. Actually going to these places as a 15 year old kid on TT Coaches with the likes of MA were some of the best days of my life. Just saying ...
The trip back to the top has taken 40 odd years - with loads of ups and downs incl administration. Obviously none of us wants to go down but if we do, we do. No doubt many fans again will fall off the band wagon again and we will again be down to our core support. Thankful for what we have at HTFC

I decided last week that this season I'm just going to go to the match with my son and wife, have a pint or 2 and just enjoy watching my football team play football.
I've seen Town play in the premier league and my old man got to see Town on Match of the Day in the Premier league before he passed away.....moments neither of us ever thought we would see.....yet we did.
That'll do for me.
Even though it's not great at the moment, we've still got a club to support, unlike some.
