We now have time to regroup and appoint a COMPLETELY NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM AND TRAINERS.Its hard on Hudson but he simply has to go and the rest of the backroom staff as well, in order to give the new man a fighting chance to impart his ideas.
We need new ideas from new people we do not need a new manager with Hudson as his assistant

Recruitment and scouting needs a top to bottom review.. stop watching videos and scout players for a period not one game after watching a video.

Disagree
We had huge success with some of these coaches but they are being asked to polish turds from our recruitment “specialists”

Not sure a complete clear out of the coaches is needed really and would argue it'd cause great disruption.
We need a new manager, settle things down and build.
Not knocking everything down.

I agree, from top to bottom every member of the playing staff, coaching staff, medical staff need outing, analysis staff needs outing. This won’t change until this happens, they’re too comfortable losing EVERY fucking match and it seems they aren’t accountable?

Couldn't agree more but as I’ve previously said that’s hard when you shut the academy and as a result go from 35 to 6 scouts. Barely enough to go and watch our upcoming opponents let alone search for new talent.

I don’t see the correlation surely first team scouting - like coaching - is handled by a separate group of scouts you would like to think so but most scouts about 20 did the school galas and local leagues up to semi pro , about a dozen did 1/2 coaching roles at the academy and 1/2 first team scouting and about 6 were full time scouts. They got rid entirely of the 20 school ones and the other 12 were left with only half a salary (because their other half had gone when academy shut) so no one can survive on half a wage , so they all left as well . So we now have 6 left (ish )

Let’s get a new man and his team in place clear out the smell of defeat that is hanging over the club ( Get rid of that bloody sill badge) introduce some deals to get the fans back on side ( free food and drink for season ticket holders free coach travel to away games etc ) it will cost the club penny’s but will change the atmosphere and allow the manager to hit the ground running with the fans fully behind him.

Agreed on all points; I’d also get shut of Hogg, too slow in possession and never passes forward. We’ve actually a bit of pace in the ranks which we’ve lacked for the last few years. We should be flying forward in numbers as per Liverpool and such....

Calm down its no good for your health at your age I hope so, and you are correct about my health and age. The trouble is ( as with every walk of life) the job (to coin a suitable phrase that fits all walks of employment) has gone bad and tinkering around the edges will not resolve the problem. Our new chairman if he has anything about him as a business man not just the Chairman of the club we all Love has to have a total clear out of all the Management, and then in my opinion before the new man starts read the riot act to the players ( I don’t go for this softly softly approach )and tell them all they are the prime reason Hudson and the rest of the team have gone and they need to have a long hard look at their own performances.

Surely the new man whoever he may be will want to bring his own men in anyway? If I was in any of the current roles I’d be getting on indeed and seeing what vacancies are available.

We need new ideas from new people we do not need a new manager with Hudson as his assistant It’s not hard on Hudson, this is football. He’ll have done very well out of the club and he’ll do a job elsewhere but that fact is he’s fresh out of the school of coaching by Wagner and as i said last week, you cannot have a non German manager trying to play a German style of play. He cannot possibly understand the ins and outs of it as he’s not grown up in the German game. We need an absolute clear from top level, back room staff down to the dross we are fielding week in week out. It’s a shambles and we will soon become an absolute laughing stock.

We have been riding the gravy train for the past 2 years and it’s been eyes wide shut from most of the Directors that has seen us fall into our current position.

The present poor form is not that much down to " SCAPEGOATS " Hudson / sacked Siewert ,and more to do with pre dreadful premier league business from both Hoyle and Wagner especially last season
The strength of the first team is mainly made up of last seasons premier league flops ,and that poor form has carried over into the championship.
Sadly we are second from the bottom of the table mainly because to many of today over paid foreign shite lack a winning mentality , championship quality skills , close control ball skills and a basic footballing brain
These players ended up with the second worst record in premier league history " FOR A REASON " ,and i can now understand why when watching the performance from these players in todays team
No incoming manager on the planet including the " 3 previos failed " could do much with this lot for obvious reasons ,and lets hope funds will be made available in January to stave off relegation Sunderland style

My friend stopped his personal knowledge of the system at that point. To be honest, Hoyle got lucky with Wagner and Webber. The rest of his tenure is bargain basement Card Factory management, not much different to Ashley and Sports Direct. Harsh, but true.
