Steady on people.. remember we are welcoming someone back with class, humility and respect. Should chant this on Sunday in one form or another.... I'm sure some of our clever chaps can riddle something... Just stick with "Gary Monk, you're a wanker"

Our home record this calendar year absolutely dire, worst in football, one win.
Wonder how the Cowley bros approach this or analize it, Its now a psychological thing.

The only way i can see is that you have to involve more players that don't have the losing mentality ingrained from last year and this, with the odd exception. There will be a back to basics approach initially which might mean playing a simple 442 but the likes of Bockhorn, Reece Brown, Campbell, Rowe, should be involved. Grabara Bockhorn - Schindler - Kongolo - J Brown Diakaby - Trev- R Brown - Rowe Grant - Campbell Subs Coleman - Stankovic - Hogg - Mounie - Kachunga - Flo - Bacuna I appreciate that's not going to be anything like the team that comes out on Sunday but it might be the only way to get rid of the losing mindset.

If that's the team it's a comfortable Sheff Wednesday win I'm afraid.

I would rather play my 18 month old lad than play Bockhorn. He isnโt and wonโt ever be good enough for this level. I said on another thread a bit back, heโs going to be Dominik Werling MKII

Will be gobsmacked if he makes it here.

When the choice at RB is untried Bockhorn or constantly tried and constantly shit Flo, then you've got to try something. My point is i know its not the strongest team on paper but its about the mentality. Youthful fearless players mixed around good pro's. Give the massive something to different to think about. It might not work but going with the same old thing definitely won't

If it's that team above it has my support, from what I've heard from someone within the club their plan is two try two up top and work with that.

But not necessarily a good enough team to beat Shaff W

Can I create the problem, then become part of the solution without anyone knowing I caused it, then take all the glory for fixing it? Sounds like a normal day at work for some folk I know...

Like 80% of our fanbase automatically wanted Hughton as the man. Would we say we'd rather have him now ?

Managers available.......Cowleys werent seen as being available and it became clear at first they werent. Out of the ones that were, he would have been my choice, any other managers available or not within our limits, id have chose them all day, in terms of what they have done wherever theyve been, the setup they bring, the winning mentality and theres 2 of them, which seems to work very well.

They'll soon shake of the losing mentality once they start being coached and managed effectively, that will bring the first win and after that the confidence will come flooding back. I don't buy this losing mentality thing, the squad was outclassed in the PL more or less every week and was also being coached by a 36 year old youth team coach with no football management skills. This has continued into the championship and in Mooy we've lost the only player who ever made us tick.
Pick the best players, coach, manage and organise them effectively and we'll start picking up results. I'd like to see a backlash too from these players on many thousands of pounds a week who have been humiliated by players on a fraction of that recently. They ought to be hungry to win and prove themselves once the confidence comes back.
Lets see if this bad apples BS continues also now we have a decent leader at the club.

I mean stamping your feet and sulking about everything is one thing but theres really only 3 changes to it from last game. I'll accept Reece Brown may be a bit out there but Rowe has played 1st team and Bockhorn can't be any worse than Flo. Having lost 22 games he's played in i reckon Bacuna is probably shot mentally and Hogg needs a breather. Its about injecting a bit of youthful excitement into the team.

A German 4th Division right back better than an international that held his own playing out of position against both the Czech Republic and England and has been one of our better players so far this season ๐ค๐
