No doubt we will start fast and an early goal will open the game up that will provide further scoring opportunities for us. Failing that, I think that both teams will be happy with a draw and I suspect that will be the outcome.

Great to see from the results of the poll that faith has largely been restored amongst us all.

Gone for the draw, but the performance is more important than the result. If we can see what DC is trying to do, and the players start to look like they give a shit, that'll mean more than three points.

Twenty outfield players huddled together in one third of the pitch from goal kicks. Headers flicked on from the centre circle with runners advancing beyond the ball. Strikers hitting the space in front of the near post in anticipation of a quick cross. Runners crossing in the final third. Fast one-two's rather than safe triangles that ALWAYS seem to go backwards. Maybe even a right back defending!

4-1 Town. Playing like Brazil in the 90s, Monk stating how unlucky they were at full time when they get run ragged and Monk gets decked by Alex Pritchards flying headbutt off a yellow pages

Lose by a narrow 1-2. Don’t feel Danny and Nicky will have had enough time to get the lads fully up to speed on what they want. Particularly those that were away on international duty. BUT I think we will see some form of improvement. It’s early days and the results will come with time.

As much as I would love Town to wipe the shit eating grin from monks face, I can't realistically see past a defeat. Given the fact that the Cowleys have only had a few sessions with 2/3s of the squad, I will be happy to see some green shoots of recovery and identity.

I think this game is going to end 1-1 , I just hope we all witness some improvements on the pitch ,however small at this stage . A win would be fantastic but I just cannot see it at present , hopefully after a few games we will start to get the results we are all yearning for.

If we achieve 4 points from the next three matches it will be decent return. As most are noting, it will be potential improvements/changes that will be just as important as points (although points are the object of course).
