Yeah I’m more concerned about the OP, you made a thread to change your name, so please do it. Don’t start with the “look at me” threads and not back them up when the results come in. Ta

This last year has been like watching a car smash in slow motion, you can see what's going to happen but powerless to stop it. A lot of fans have lost patience already, crowds are well down despite the attendance figures announced. You're right they just need to stop the rot and keep us up, that's the aim for this season, just staying up, sadly. As someone else has said, we've just carried on the downward slide from last season while doing nothing to stop it. Keeping Siewert on when it was obvious he was painfully ill equipped to be a senior coach. Publicly raving about his abilities but then giving him jack shit to spend in the summer. The clusterfuck of his long, drawn out sacking. Appointing a new manager AFTER the transfer window was closed, leaving him to try to sort out a totally demotivated and bottleless squad. Add in the speculation surrounding the new chairman's apparent lack of wealth and the way the club was sold and it's a fairly predictable situation we find ourselves in. If you could write a manual on how to fuck up a once in a lifetime opportunity in English football you'd go a long way to find a better example than what's happening here.

From what I've seen so far our squad consists of 3 players who don't want to be here and put in little effort, 4 or 5 who do want to be here but are not good enough and 6 or 7 who are good enough but are playing with no confidence. Hopefully the Cowley's can turn things round.

I don't drink Can’t believe there isn’t anyone on this forum that hasn’t been driven to drink given what we’ve had to put up with for the best part of 12 months. Gave up 15 months ago, in that time I've seen 3 wins! I'm tempted to start again every week!

The senior players need to grow some bollocks and step up. Can't think of anyone that is playing particularly well. Nobody seems to be taking any leadership. Hopefully the Cowleys can mix it up because God knows we need it. Schindler, Hogg, Kongolo have all been pretty shite and these are the guys who we are heavily reliant on to put in solid performances. Pritchard as well when he's fit.
Not bringing in a creative player to replace Mooy who we relied on to much to keep things ticking has also been a disaster. I think Chabolahs alright but not that kind of player. A midfield that contains him, Hogg, Obrien and Diakhaby is not going to create jack shit.

our record over the last 60 games is pretty damning.
6 wins 12 draws 42 losses 36 goals for 108 goals against Points total : 30 points 0.5 average points per game
If a company were making losses at the rate Town have been, the MD and probably the whole board would have been sacked.

Let’s get Bacuna back in at right back.
Grabara
Bacuna Schindler Kongolo J Brown
Hogg Chalobah
Mbenza Pritchard Diakhaby
Grant
Mbenza and Diakhaby need a run in the side. I’ve been wowed once this season by one of our players - when Diakhaby strolled through QPR only to throw himself to the ground in the box and pick up a card for his troubles. Mbenza is our best crosser of a ball by a country mile (not a difficult feat) and Pritchard is best suited to a central role making late runs into the D.
