I think we should go back to basics and play 4-4-2.
Make ourselves harder to beat... the players who are not performing mentally and physically need to be dropped.
Regarding the fitness, there is a mental side to fitness and we need to toughen up mentally and physically.
I would go with Grant and Campbell up top.
Graberra retains the GK slot.
Midfield: Hogg, O'Brien, Chalobah, Pritchard
Defence: Brown, Schindler/Elphick, Kongolo, AN OTHER.
Kongolo hasn't looked fit all season - seems to have been carrying an injury for a while and it became evident yesterday.
Therefore, we have to play Elphick - I thought he did OK yesterday but we need to sort the full back positions out and get a solid formation.
Schindler has struggled and looks downhearted and a shadow of his former self.
Anyway, I hope we can turn it round but I'm in for the long haul... Do or Die in a ditch. UTT

We cant drop them all and have to work with what we've got. Get a basic shape and get hard to beat. Yes I would still have Hogg as Defensive Midfielder. He's not the only one who has suffered. All the players have not been doing it. Alternative is to rip hem all off the team sheet but that wont happen.

Cheers! It was either or for the CB of Schindy/Elphick. I think Elphick has a heart and will come good in the dog fight. Especially as we're persisting with TK at LB which is folly in my view. But TK needs a rest to clear that injury up and I think he's been carrying that for a while. He came back too quickly last season and probably reinjured it. Im more worried about Schindy as he was our rock but has suffered along with the rest. I do rate Stancs though and I would be happy for him to be given a chance again. He seems a good guy with a good attitude. And he had a great game v Wolves at Home last season.
