What were we doing during this period? Signing players from league 2 and non league then deciding their not good enough!! About time some Town fans stopped being so bloody sentimental with folk and realise it’s about winning football matches believe it or not! Phil? Winter? Or maybe even Sir Dean? Someone has to take responsibility somewhere, or is this part of the problem nobody wants to admit they’ve dropped a bollock? |

No doubt if we'd bought him you'd be complaining we were buying players from Rotherham. Much easier for younger players to come on and look good in a team doing well than a struggling one. Marsh identifies which players fit certain criteria given to him. Researches their stats and characteristics. Its the manager that decides which ones that are identified be wants. For all we know josh Marsh identified the lad from WBA but he understandably chose to go there instead. Or Siewert didn't want him. |

Between the two of them Winter and Marsh have buggered this club's future up. The signings over the last couple of years have been unbelievably awful and these two were both involved. Winter for me is the main culprit but 'head of recruitment' needs to take some of the responsibility. FFS a half wit could have recruited better then HTAFC did.

My comment was highlighting the fact that there are decent players out there at decent prices who appear to immediately be able to make an impact at Championship level, something which our signings don’t appear to be able to do.
