Millwall might have had Harry the dog ,but town had a fan called Billy the rottweiller
Bumbed into this lot in 1980 which i seem to remember was one of our promotion years , and i can assure you town had far far far more nutters than Millwall could only dream of
These town skins in big boots looked and acted like they had been on day reliese from a nutter assylum .
Also remember that Town v Millwall ruck at the pub in the first leg of the play offs in 2010 ,and that police officer smacking one of their fans in the mouth in the stand in front of the tv cameras

From the still of that video and the fashions on show it's hard to work out if that's 1977 London or present day Newcastle.

Harry The Dog, propa cockney geezer!! and i'm sure he was at Leeds Rd sometime in around the 76/77 season seem to remember a Town lad getting stabbed in his arm by a cockney geezer with a file after trouble by the coaches parked at the back of the Terrace.

Needed the Prussians though, Blucher saved the day. European allies see? Followed by a century of reactionary government. The French were far more advanced than us back then.
