I’m still a little surprised if we are repaying Dean all his money back. If I were in his shoes I want to leave Town in a position to be able to compete well in this division. With a lack of funding we risk becoming a poor championship/top end league one team, which is what we were before he came in. The alternative being unsustainable short term funding which would leave us a potential financial basket case in years to come if we don't make it back to the big time. |

You want two effective wingers to see our strikers to explode. But our 20m striker plays on the left? So not sure how that works Based on a 433, with Grant up front is what I was envisaging as I believe that's how the Cowleys like to play... Kachunga and Grant on the wings is good but I'd prefer Grant as striker with effective wingers. I don't really rate Kachunga as an attacking threat tbh. There's no doubt he stabilises the wing he's on defensively but he just doesn't offer enough going forward for me. The Cowley's style generally requires the person up top to be 'a point of reference' and that is not a strength of Grant, as we've seen on numerous occasions (e.g. Wigan). |

Priorities for me:
Sell Mooy & get as much margin as we can to cover the inevitable losses on the wasters
Get rid of & replace the wasters - Diakhaby, Kongolo & Mbenza
Get rid of & replace Mounie
Get rid of & replace Bockhorn & Reece Brown
Get rid of & replace Pritchard - just too lightweight & ineffectual
Get a replacement for Elphick
So in effect we need -
2 wingers
2 creative midfielders
1 centre forward
1 centre half
1 full back (preferably 1 that can play both sides)
All of these to me far greater priorities than replacing Grabara, Kachunga, Quaner, Hogg , Chalobah or any other popular scapegoat I might have missed

It boils my piss to see 2k fans travel 160 miles or so to watch that from players who get everything laid on a plate.
