You must agree though he's done better for you than Rafa Benitez? Nope, not yet, table-wise both 13th, Bruce on 43 points with a -18 goal difference. Rafa had 45 points last season with -6, so wor Brucie Bonus needs a win from Brighton (A) or Liverpool (H). On a more serious note, the key difference is 13th-17th wasn't good enough for Rafa and he was always pushing to try and ensure we had a budget to compete with those 7th-9th, while Bruce, being the 'Yes-man' that he is, will be drinking champagne come the end of the season, toasting his 'success'. Rinse and repeat next season. 10,000 season ticket holders have turned their backs this season, and now there's a concrete realisation that we are fodder making up the numbers, whereas Benitez was the one last hope the fans had of a bit of differentiation between the bottom 6 or 7, and, with a bit more investment, we could have become a comfortable top half team. I've barely watched our matches these past few weeks and concentrated on other fixtures with more riding on them, which isn't like me at all, and to be honest, I've barely been more disillusioned with the club. So no, with all that in mind, he hasn't 'done better'. Desperate for this takeover to happen. Your lots love of the Spanish Tony Pulis is bizarre.

Not necessarily a lot will hinge on the Hull Luton game. If we draw and they draw yes it will.

2 rolls of a dice to win We've forgotten how to score Not confident at all ....now watch us beat WBA We never do that though. Its not 'typical Town' to lose to Luton and beat WBA. They very very rarely pull off a shock. Hardly any in my 45 years of support.

Having drawn 1-1 with Forest (then the 2nd best team in the land) we came back from 3-1 down in the home leg to draw 3-3,exiting only on away goals. At home to winless Cardiff that Saturday we promptly turned in a shite performance and lost.
