Yet again too much messing around by whoever signs players for HTAFC and we miss out, they've had weeks. There really is something radically wrong with HTAFC signings in recent years, only when Cowleys were involved in Jan was there singing of decent players (who kept us up). Phil H, please stay out of an area of business you've no experience of.

Or maybe we were never close to signing him and he had multiple offers from clubs like Watford, Blackburn and us and decided not to come to us in the end. Stop being so dramatic. |

Chicken from the Examiner said about a week ago that Garner wasn't a priority signing. I presume if the lad from Ajax is coming in then Garner was a back-up possibility if that failed?
He's at Watford now so it makes no difference.

I think at one time we were probably interested and then in pre season our youth players shone and we then lost interest.
