Get the full backs right up the pitch much more often, get more crosses of various kinds into the box and get more bodies in and around their box whilst the ball is there??? I think that is our new attacking options?? Dixie Fucking Dean and Shearer as a partnership would have struggled in our previous style of not really attacking or getting anyone much in the opposition box? And who’s going to put it in the back of the net? One of the extra bodies in the box, perhaps? Grant might have done much better under this new regime? Let's see if the chances start coming how the players here do before we totally write them all off.. |

ETA on our signings being announced? By 5pm I imagine 5pm is the deadline for the signings to be completed. Presumably they can be announced whenever, but getting them completed has to be priority for the next 1 hour and 6 minutes. I was making a facetious point about Mbenza earlier but it could well be that we (& presumably Fulham) announce the transfers at 6pm or later. |
