Just seen Man Utd and Liverpool in secret talks to join a new European premier league. My answer throw the greedy buggers out of English football

Not that it’ll stop them, but surely the fans don’t want this. Isn’t football all about playing the team down the road, the local rivalries, the derbies? Over the last 23 years I’ve worked with a supporter from pretty much every league club and it’s brilliant. The fun would be taken away if my team pissed off to a European league. Not for me thanks.
