I think Shittu was a very decent journeyman CB who was mostly very much popular at every club he played. I can't remember that much about the short lad. |

I remember QPR having Shittu and Dodou on their books,but from what I remember they weren't as crap as the name's might suggest!! aye I remember - they were a little and large duo. I think Shittu was a very decent journeyman CB who was mostly very much popular at every club he played. I can't remember that much about the short lad. I remember Leon Knight elbowing him which resulted in a straight red and a ban for the 01/02 play offs for us. Pretty sure Knight had to jump to make the connection too. |

Memory playing tricks on me. 🙈 I just remember my sister deciding to come along and see what all the fuss about Knight was (she was a SC holder for years til she decided she'd rather spend Saturday with my, then, young kids), he was sent off in the first 10 minutes. I think that added to his 10 bookings and ban for gobbling off at the ref at Blackpool in the JPT northern final meant he ended up with a ban for about 7 games meaning we'd have had to get to the play off final for him to be able to play again that season. |
