4 assist, no goals, in 18. How exactly is that "outstanding"?

I was also wondering what was outstanding about his season, as according to transfermarkt he has only played in 25% of his club's minutes in Bundesliga 2 this season, and only made the starting line up 14% of the time. He hasn't missed any games through injury or suspension either.

He won’t have enough points for a work permit He's German, what does that matter? Have you heard of something called Brexit ? EU citizens are no longer allowed to just come and work here.

This is a weird link. It is almost as though a "journalist" has gone back in time to when we were still in the EU and Wagner was still Head Coach. Unless he can get a UK passport, there's no chance of him signing for us because, as others have pointed out, he'll never qualify for a work permit. Also, on the face of it he doesn't look that good!

Nope every player is in the same situation and need 15 points to gain a work permit, I believe if a player has between 11-14 they can go to appeal to try and get one but below that no chance.

It's not crazy, but all the talent will be, and has been, scooped up by the PL. For clubs like ours, with not a penny to their name, we need cheap foreign options, not expensive Brits.

We need 15 points for safety, so we know how much of a struggle it is.
