Do we actually have scouts anymore or do the club just have access to DVD's of our previous seasons?

I thought Mick McCarthy at Cardiff wanted him in the summer. There's no way we'll pay him anywhere near what he'd be looking for. I'm hoping he'll help Agent Izzy Brown to screw up T'Owls this season first, where ever he ends up next season

We could do a lot lot worse than get Jordan Rhodes, IF he was cheap.

So something is better than nothing and he must know his days of £30k plus a week are long gone (or soon to be gone, should I say)

he'd have to take a pay cut, a massive pay cut.

Couldn't play as a Pressing Forward up top on his own when he was 22, but I'm sure he'll be able to now at 31.

He would be an excellent 6th striker

don't get this. he's a better striker than any of our options currently. Anyone would think we have Ronaldo up front.

Just think, if we'd have sacked Carlos and beat Ipswich to Paul Cook, we could have had Gary Roberts as player coach.

Just received a DM stating he's agreed to come. Won't say from who. If true I hope the contract is more sensible than the one we gave Danny Ward.

I can see it now, another five goal JR show at Wycombe...... in league 1. Find that hard to believe that JR has agreed to return given we’ve no idea what league we’ll be in yet. Maybe it’s subject to us staying up?

Don’t care what anyone else says. I think it would be brilliant to have an experienced proven goal scorer in the squad. He’s suffered in recent years by playing in teams that don’t suit his style of play. For me, the fact that he has the ability to win games means that the team should adapt to suit him.

I may be imagining this, but didn't he leave on poor terms with the club?

Nothing surprises me anymore.
Yes I believe it was Hoyle who insinuated he threw the teddy out.
Agreed, Rhodes is still better than anything we have but I very much doubt it will be the fairytale the club are desperately thinking it could be.
The one we should have gone for was on the bench for Brum the other night. Clayton.

From the link above "Huddersfield Town are exploring the possibility of reuniting with Jordan Rhodes in the summer transfer window, sources have told Football League World"
Keep exploring - this avaricious individual went money hunting with not a care for HTFC....let him rot in the division below when The Massive get relagated.

They’re knocking on a bit now but they’d do a better job than today’s shower, each and every one of them. Unless we are going to start playing 5 a side (with a couple of subs) we might have a job as the ones in bold are no longer with us - RIP

I was being facetious, what with all the return signings we’ve made. Mind you, I’d still choose any of those living over any of today’s shower.
