Anybody else having trouble buying Stoke and Blackpool tickets at the moment?
When you click on Delivery Fees nothing happens.
And it won’t let you finish the transaction without it?
Been on hold for yonks but can’t through on the phone, obviously busy.

Same for me, trying to pay for 2 tickets, says I must pay for them separately but no way of doing this without buying 2 separate tickets that probably won't be together

Dont like the new online ticketing set up at all, used to book online all the time but last two ticket purchases i`ve just phoned up instead, dont know it its just online sales or phone sales but i`ve heard numerous stories of tickets arriving too close to the match for comfort, or in some cases not arriving at all.

How do they react when you do that Sabs? The on-line system boils my p*** but I was under the impression it basically had to be used. The thing that REALLY p****s me off is the seat allocation you're offered. I was being shunted between row 1 and row 2 for a long time today. Who the f*** wants to sit on row 1 or 2 at a football match when you're an early purchaser? A system not fit for purpose IMHO.

Went down to the ticket office today at lunch time, steady trade, 4 of us going to Blackpool, looking forward to a good day out and 🤞come home with 3 points. Somebody asked for 50% discount after missing half of the game last visit, but no chance

Do you mean how do they react when i phone up after deciding to not bother online, to be honest i didnt mention it, when i phoned up today i was seen to very quickly even though a message said we`re busy etc, i do think they like you to use it as it offers up time for them to deal with other stuff, and tbh can save you time if theres a queue on the phone. The seating allocation would be alot better if there was an online ground plan, instead we`ve to use our intuition/rough knowledge, to be fair the girl in the office asked me where i wanted to sit when i booked my Blackpool ticket today, just hope the bloody thing comes on time.

Yaaay holiday time , are you getting exited? not really two days of it are in Blackpool 🤣 I like Blackpool, but two days are ample, i`ll be going to the game and then coming back right after its finished, i wont have time to go up the tower or go on the pier or anything, i`ll still get exited when i first see the tower though.

To be honest I have given up trying to buy tickets online. I usually get up to 8 and even though people are on my account/network I find that once I get to 4 tickets (ish) I have to come out & start again. So I now go to the ticket office. About Blackpool I find its great that under 18's are only £9 quid but a 18 who goes to Uni has to pay the full Adult £23. I did raise this when I was at the ticket office who explained Blackpool's policy is how old you are on the day you bought the ticket and whether you go to college/Uni is irrelivant. Seems a bit unfair to me.

I ordered a ticket online last Wednesday for the Forest game , and it arrived Friday, must admit I was quite impressed !

Well being a postie you have your contacts and friends in high places , but yes many times in the past i`ve had tickets through my letter box two days after applying, and on one or two occasions the day after, not had a match ticket fail to turn up yet fingers crossed.
