I have an official menu from the Cup Final Dinner in London in 1928 (Town lost the final to Blackburn 3-1). All the Town players eg Clem Stephenson, Roy Goodall plus the Cup Final referee etc autographed it. Anyone know how much it might be worth ? Very valuable. Hundreds of pounds, possibly around £300-£400 or even more. They are really quite rare. Think about it - only the players, officials and a few select others of each side would have had access to the menus on the night, so that is a very limited number. Your best bet would be to take it to a proper auction house, like Sheffield Auction Gallery where Town fan Bob on the gavel will be delighted to sell it for you. You'll get top price there as they will advertise it well.

just been sorting though an old shoebox and came upon a load of old match day tickets. These two stood out. One from the last game of 79/80 against Hartlepool when we secured the Div 4 title and scored our 100th and 101st goals. And one from the big Barnsley game the following season with almost 29000 in . Attachment Deletedalso this 'official football league cover' which seems to be from our first game of 80/81 against Carlisle. Not really sure what it even is. An envelope basically with the card inside telling you all about the club

I have a few early Town programmes for sale - any takers? 1920-21: Town vs Preston North End, 4th September 1920 SOLDClean, no writing, stitch marks down spine where it was clearly bound. If you're expecting a blue cover, don't - these had no outer cover. This is as it was. 1921-22: Town vs Preston North End, 22nd April 1922 @£150.00
Writing on cover, team changes in centre spread, half-time scoreboard filled in. Light fold down centre. 1927-28: Town vs Burnley, 25th April 1928 @£150.00Souvenir issue with glossy photographs of the Town squad. Clean, no writing - beautiful! 1928-29: Town vs Manchester City, 19th January 1929 @£150.00Clean, no writing. Light fold down centre. I know that the prices will make you flinch but, believe me, these programmes are as rare as hen's teeth and that's the going rate (and even under it in some cases). If you're interested please message me. We can probably arrange collection outside the ground on a match day. I have a couple of 1930s programmes to sell too...

Pre-war Town 'home' programmes are ridiculously hard to find and fetch amazing prices. I have two left from my collection which I am looking to shift. 1933-34: Town vs Sheffield United, 30th September 1933 @£150.00Half-time scores written in pencil. Light fold down centre. 1938-39: Town vs Grimsby Town, 7th April 1939 @£120.00Clean, except - it looks like someone has driven a car over one centre page! There is a clear tyre print on the one page. Light centre fold.

And, finally, I have a few wartime & 1940s issues to move on. Although still quite hard to track down, these are much more affordably priced... All have "staple bleed" to some degree.
1944-45: Town vs Derby County, 3rd March 1945 @£15.00 Punch holes. Team changes in pencil.
1945-46: Town vs Sheffield United, 22nd September 1945 @£20.00 Lovely and clean!
1946-47: Town vs Copenhagen XI, 24th December 1946 @£15.00 Friendly game. Clean, no writing, but over almost detached and folded both vertically and horizontally. Photographs of captain Eddie Boot leading out the team on page 15, and of four individual Copenhagen 'stars'.
1947-48: Town vs Preston North End, 15th November 1947 @£20.00 Clean but rather wrinkled. Has a photograph of the 1947-48 team on the penultimate page.
1948-49: Town vs Queens Park Rangers (FAC R3 replay), 15th January 1949 @£18.00 Nice, but half-time scores written in pencil. Team photo on page 10.
1949-50: Town vs Middlesbrough, 27th August 1949 @£15.00 Punch holes. Pencil writing to cover and score and scorers written in pencil in the centre pages. Team photo on page 10.
Send me a message if you're interested in any of these. Can arrange pick up outside the ground if required.

I have a red and black original gola shirt available, it was my mums, it is in great condition, not worn too often. The label says 34/36, it measures 20 inch pit to pit, so be a 38/40 medium in todays sizes. If anyone is interested message me for further details, will give DATM members 1st shout before sticking it on ebay.

75 Years On is probably the rarest of them. Chipped in with my mum and my sister to buy that for my dad. It will be a sad day when he passes it down to me.

Cheers, always nice to look back, plus the box contains loads of historic Huddersfield books that remind me of my youth spent in Birkby. 😁

Yes, unfortunately. I have plenty of Town books that need a new home too... Books on my websiteNote that some are already sold but don't appear as such.
