Threads attacking the admins and dealing with running of the site, just moved to "Forum Rules and Admin Issues" where this thread should have been raised in the first place. This one will be moved there in a while once people have had a chance to respond.

Attacking the admins?? I created a poll yesterday containing a reasonable question. Your fellow admin even contributed to it but then you (presumably) deleted it rather than moved it to the "Forum Rules and Admin Issues".

I think they 'quarantine' it, moving it to a place where only the admins can view it. Comes to the same, of course. I have no idea why they didn't keep the politics forum but lock it - why should all past discussions be erased/hidden? I hope they'll come round, or stand down - if that's the only other option.
Is it so hard to police potentially criminal posts, that they have to rile up everyone on the forum who wants to discuss anything vaguely construed as relating to the way that society is organised instead? New rule: only trivial matters can be discussed...

There's a load of amusing and informative links on their that I've revisited in the past but they're all gone now. |

I think the problem with the admin team Kenny is that you make decisions without first consulting with us regular readers for whom you administrate the board for. You especially shy away from discussion and leave it to gag man to answer. When you do respond it’s usually with invalid points that once questioned you then disappear again. My question to you is - why are you an admin? You’ve all mentioned it’s volunteer only. Why not give the job to someone else based on a vote? Do you enjoy it? It’s clear you are hell bent on making DATM a shite board. Please reconsider why you are even doing this. Try and enjoy your retirement. That’s all I’ll say on the matter now as I won’t deserve a reply from high and mighty Kenny K. An admin of a htfc board who doesn’t even go to games… |
