Can the admins clarify what the new rules are for me?
Ive caused two threads to be deleted this morning because I made a post that criticised you as admins of this site.
I hope you dont delete this thread. its genuine question.
Along with politics, is criticism of you as administrators now not allowed?
I genuinely wasn't aware that it is.

I know we've had our differences in the past, but if you don't mind me saying, I think you're being very brave to ask questions like that in the circumstances.
Mind, I'm not sure they're answering questions, so may prove fruitless.

But at the same time I fully expect them to delete this thread as soon as they see it. Is this really where we are now on DATM? |

I had a thread deleted that wasn't even political or critical of them, it just included the word "political' in the title. I suspect one of them just read the word and didn't even bother to read any further. At least they're showing us whose boss!! For what it's worth I think it's a reasonable question to ask. |

As you say we have our differences and amongst the membership of DATM there are obviously big variations of opinion on all sorts of things between members of this board.
But id hazard a guess that whatever members views are on anything, we would, id hope, be united in the view that this kind of ridiculous censorship is not what we want.
I dont know about showing us who's boss..the only thing they seem to be showing us is that their little bit of power has completely gone to their heads.

It’s my understanding that if a thread turns political, then it’ll be locked/moved/deleted. The Admins never mentioned a thread would be locked/moved/deleted if it was questioning them and their roles. I may have missed that post, though. |
