No break clause ever mentioned in Sinani's loan as far as I'm aware - was always stated as season-long. I think he's done really well - not many adjust to the championship as quickly as he has - gives us that bit of class when he's on it. You need more than two guys to play those wide/No. 10 positions on either side. Palmer had a trick up his sleeve, and unpredictability going forward is an issue for us. No idea if he still has it though. Palmer is only about 25 isn't he...?

Palmer would be a strange one. He fits the massive throb on that we have for bring back ex players, for some reason. Other than that he doesnt really fit the other boxes we would surely be looking at. He went to Bristol for a reported 3.5 million, and still has a couple of years left on his contract, so if its a permanent deal they would be looking to recoup a lot of that. If its loan, we would have to cover pretty large wages, plus no doubt a loan fee. Then he only normally manages a bit more than half a season if you look at the stats. I would have thought we would be better saving what little money we surely have, than to go for a lad who has struggled to get on the pitch, as he isnt rated in a struggling Bristol side, and he is allegedly one of the top earners.

If we bring him in it would have to be on our terms. CC is a good coach and improvements have been seen in a lot of players. Luton fans not bothered re Pearson going Lees the reason massive went down according to some of their fans Both massive for us. He's even getting a tune out of ward and Holmes recently. This he hasn't been playing much either Nichols was not playing at franchise but probably in running for POTS. I think if the deals right there is a player in there which Cc and his merry men can work with

Something in the palmer links but only if the deal is right!
Town want a loan Bristol want him off the wage bill permanently.

A rumour or wishful thinking? But doesn't he play in the same role as Holmes, off the striker? In the same way Ryan Schofield plays the same role as David De Gea ?

I think it's more likely he'll be signed to replace Sinani, think he'll go back to Norwich myself.. shows glimpses of class but not enough work ethic in a team full of grafters. I must watch a different Sinani cos the one I watch works his bollocks off and never hides even when he's having a poor game 🤔

As much as people slate him, he gives 100% and on his day is probably our best player. His position is easy to stand out in terms of a good game and a bad.

One of the hardest working players in the team. If he’s as bad as some think, why is he picked for every game? Amazing how some people don’t notice some players contributions to the team.

I wasn't suggesting we needed to bring in a keeper I think we do to be honest, RS needs loaning out. RS could only be loaned to a club that has lots of space behind the goal line. So definitely not QPR but maybe West Ham.

He can’t be far off a suspension can he? In which case, a back up keeper would be handy if we don’t trust any of the youngsters to step up.

Can’t remember who we were playing in the early part of the season but the ball went out of play in front of the away fans - Nicholls absolutely infuriated them by pretending not to be able to find the ball. Great character.

Can't fault his effort and has been quite unlucky in a lot of games. He is also very inconsistent (but then if he wasn't, he wouldn't be here, Norwich would have kept him as a back up)

I just wait for the ref to add another minute or two on at the death. He has gone down a couple of times to slow the game down when we were under the cosh, a much less likely way to get a card or too much added on by an annoyed ref? I'd rather see Sorba being pushed over near the touchline up the pitch somewhere and time taken for the free kick etc..

Just gonna leave this here for those who think Nicholls takes it too far.... (Reminder to Forest fan's about pots and kettles and all that).

Not sure if it was a televised game or red button but he went down & I thought "shit, get up we need you" but he winked at the physio when he got to him so I could breathe again!

Freddie Ladapo, striker from Rotherham has handed in a transfer request. With them being top of League 1, that can only be for him to get a move to a Championship club you'd think...

With Ward in much better fitness, scoring and working hard, he's like a better version of Campbell, who's finished at this level now I think. That leaves us with a grafter in Ward, Rhodes as the forward most effective in the box, and not much beyond that. A big striker would be very useful as an option, and provided he puts in the work rate required he'll get plenty of service. Smart signing for the right price I think
