Agree with Tino starting for this one. Be interesting to hear the update regarding Sorba & Koroma from Carlos's presser this week. I think he'll stick with High over Eiting as he has done previously. On a different note.. I hope that drummer has a day off who goes ham on it 0.01 seconds after scoring! My only moan after Saturday

Town are currently top of the form table. Talk Shite spouting bollox again. Depends how many games you want to include in these stats doesn't it. Pundits like to take it from when Forest stopped losing back in September which is a bit of a fiddle tbh...The BBC Sport website shows the last 5 games (Town top), but Footstats website defaults to 6 (Town still top), but if you count 7, 8, 9, 10..20..25.. Forest are top [doesn't include last nights game]...Sheffield Utd struggle to make the top 10 form team... Stats eh... Racing and Football outlook do a nice form table : Last Eight overall - Town 2nd Last Eight Home - Town Jt 3rd Last Eight Away - Town 1st

Ward, Colwill, Sinani & Koroma all need minutes on the pitch on Saturday, assuming they are fit. So do Anjorin and Pipa, as we need everyone able to do a job in the playoffs.
We can probably 'rest' Toffolo and give Ruffels some more time on the pitch - just in case. Ideally let O'Brien sit this one out and possibly Hogg as well, but not sure High & Russell sitting with Eiting or Holmes further forward would work as a midfield.

So I guess we have to take 45 games and then aside from the 2 already promoted teams we are joint top with Forest 🤷♂️ How sad that the media have to try to make them look better than they are. It's not just the media, some on here are blowing up their arse as well. It needs to stop then, they’re not chuffing Man City or Liverpool quality! We have beaten them once and run them close with a weakened team, we can beat them, if of course we get to the final and they do.

Whatever the selection I hope Campbell gets a couple of minutes as a send off. He was one of a very small number who gave a toss in his first 2 seasons with us, and clearly bought into Carlos's philosophy straight away, probably to the detriment of his career length. I hope it won't be a goodbye for Naby though, he deserves an extension I think.

I always feel though, as posted with my preferred selection earlier, that whenever LOB misses a game, it stops his rhythm and consistency. I know it's a risk incase of injury, but he is a player who playing him is more beneficial to him than resting.

Player of the season by a mile coming with Bristol on Saturday.
Weiman...22 goals, shedload of assists, in a team that have been right off it most of the time.

Does anyone know the easiest way to let someone else in on Saturday using my digital season card if they're not on my "network" on my online ticket account? Will it work if I just forward a screenshot from Google Pay for them to scan at the turnstile?

Screenshot of a covid pass works so cant see why it wouldnt, also worked to pick up covid tests from chemist.

Dont know what is best for this. The defeat at Forest with rotation hit morale and we then lost V Millwall and Bournemouth. But, the difference is, it is a zero pressure game and a loss doesnt really change anything apart from a 3rd or 4th place, still depending on Forest too. Personally, a few tweaks. Blackman Pipa (get some more minutes into him) Lees (noone to cover) Sarr (rotate with Levi) Ruffels (minutes needed) Eiting (minutes) LOB (feel whenever he misses a game it runs his rhythm) High (more minutes like at Cov) Anjorin (minutes) Holmes Rhodes Subs Chapman (gk) Turton Colwill Russell Ward All above play if needed apart from gk. Grant (we all know and want a cameo) Shanks (Scored a few lately I think??) Ayina (potential cameo, been a stand out in B team) Rest Nicholls, Toff and Hogg completely. We will probably set up in a 3 CB formation. Brizzle keep 2 up top with Weimann behind. Nabby might get some more minutes this week.

It’s across all the sports coverage on all channels; it’s almost as if they are trying to outdo each other. There was one pundit (maybe Michael Dawson) who was nearly in tears about them before the Bornmuff match. Forest are a decent Championship team and Cooper has got them going. BUT, they have been gassed after 75 mins in every match I’ve seen. Keep them at bay early doors and they can be picked off late.

I thought that, only reason I went 4 at the back is we only have 3 fit CBs, so unless we drop Turton in there like at Boro, it would be risky to play all Sarr, Colwill and Lees incase of injury/red card. Unless there is a young lad given a chance.

It's not just the media, some on here are blowing up their arse as well. It’s going to make it all the more satisfying when we beat them. About time people stopped bothering about the opposition - not one of these teams has the spirit that we have. Over 2 legs I’ll back Carlos. Great post, I absolutely agree, we can beat any of the other teams in the playoffs, it's all about how we perform. And you can rest assured, Carlos will have the preparation and the tactics spot on. The other teams should be worried about facing us, and rightly so.

Blackman/Nicholls (Honestly, I can't split them. Nicholls is so important for us, but I'd hate to see him get injured or sent off)
Turton Sarr Colwill (needs minutes) Pipa (see Colwill) Eiting (again, needs minutes) Russell Ruffells (needs minutes) Tino (Needs a start!) Ward (Needs minutes) Sinani (needs minutes!)
Blackman/3rd keeper (I cant keep up if Chapman was on loan? basically if Nicholls is rested, keep him off the bench!) Campbell (nice send off) Grant Holmes High Lees Rowe
I'd like to see Hogg, LOB, Nicholls rested while giving vital minutes to the likes of Tino, Colwill, Sinani, Eiting. I've just about given up on Koroma now, may be harsh.
HOWEVER, I trust in CC and whatever he choses. He has won me over more than I could have expected this season

4th spot is in our hands to avoid a possible Friday night trip to Luton or Millwall......will Forest be thinking the same??

Seem to remember Town losing 4-0 to Bristol in 2017 - either the last match of the season or the one before it. Awful on the day, but didn't do any harm in the playoffs.

Anjorin seems a body of strength and possibly a game changer who needs a full 90 minutes just to see exactly what he can do.
Vital we rest most of our quality players as any serious injuries could mean season over especially Nicholls
Both semi and final could go either way as very rare they go to form.

Are we advocating 90 mins of tactical changes depending on the scores coming in elsewhere??? Couple of late goals elsewhere could make that totally void? Whoever starts we play to win and to try out any of the lads that need some gametime in positions and tactics that Carlos wants to see or try out? The game played properly and purposefully is very useful for us.
