Absolutely pathetic. I've bought tickets for major music concerts - much bigger crowds - without a hitch.
It really is poor but who is majorly surprised ?

Got me 5 tickets then wouldn't let mew assign them to 3 adults /2 OAP, then time expired me. Now waiting in the queue again and not moving.
Whoever at the Club rose this method of selling tickets needs to hang their head in shame. Disgraceful.

72k tickets being sold via Ticketmaster. £2.50 per ticket they'll take. That's £180k. Plus £1.25 per transaction for "digital delivery". that's another £15k minimum, presuming everyone buys 6 per transaction. All told they'll easily be making over £200k in admin fees. For fucking what?

So had the tickets I wanted. Then just hanging until it timed out when trying to proceed to checkout.
Re trying on phone it just says “you’re up next” but nothing happens.
Re trying on a laptop or other browser and the queue seems static

Its just updated, and the queue has gone down, and I actually have an estimated arrival time - 500 ahead of me - 6 minutes! After 30 mins not moving - I guess someone rebooted something :-)

First time was something like 3,800 in queue. Had tickets in basket tried to proceed to checkout & eventually timed out & sent back to queue.
Now 4,107 in queue & haven't moved for 5 minutes plus

Easy to say when you've just bought tickets I know, but honestly just keep trying.
I had tickets in the basket trying to go to checkout and it kicked me out and back into the queue, took about 25-30 mins to get back in and eventually just loaded. There is plenty of tickets left in the lower tier blocks 110-114 including groups of 4+.
Keep persevering you will get there!
