Surely the whole point of the queue is that it limits how many people are in the website, so it then fucking works. Exactly this! What a joke to sit there watching the page load for 5-10 minutes a time. I managed to get all of my tickets, assigned them to the right people, entered my bank details and confirmed with my bank via a phone call, and then boom 'an error has occurred'. Sent me back to the seat map but wahoo, my seats were still saved in the basket. Clicked on proceed and it timed me out and sent me back to the queue 3115th in line. Stress f*****g overload! Because it's payment pending on my bank account it's taking the bloody money too so now i'm £304 down and need to pay that again in a minute. Shite!

Easy to say when you've just bought tickets I know, but honestly just keep trying. I had tickets in the basket trying to go to checkout and it kicked me out and back into the queue, took about 25-30 mins to get back in and eventually just loaded. There is plenty of tickets left in the lower tier blocks 110-114 including groups of 4+. Keep persevering you will get there! thanks for that, I was looking for an update like this!

Finally got mine. That was painful.
Hang in there!!! You’ll all get in.
The tickets I originally chose at 12:05 and timed out… I got the exact same ones at 13:02!
That was as stressful as injury time the other night.

Is there a need to assign tickets ( if I finally get some in my basket again 🤬) No, if you're of nervous disposition don't bother assigning them it takes a good 10 seconds (feels like 10 minutes!) of nothing happening before they are assigned. Gave up doing all 6 and so some assigned some not, doesn't make a difference!

Finally, all sorted! As someone posted, it's had a rocket up it's electronic arse and moved fast. Tickets and coach booked.
Only grip: £10 approx in fees for two tickets and coaches. Scandalous.

I think it would be really helpful if people didn't try & make jokes on this thread & if anyone has any answers to questions that would be really useful. Does anyone who has managed to buy tickets know if the queue number should be dropping as mine has stayed the same & I'm wondering if I need to come out & try again? Yes queue number should drop, and quite rapidly too. Ive come out and started again!

After much stress on laptops etc (office full of town fans)
Eventually got in on phone quite quickly, it assigned me 6 together in block 110 and success.
No disappearing blue dots.
Try your mobile and let it assign tickets is my advice…

Do they have an email tickets option to print at home ?

I think it defaults to sending tickets to print at home My booking confirmation has £1.25 Wembley print at home charge! (I didn’t select any delivery options)

The club knew this would happen, they are working on us being stupid enough to waste hours or days, not me. I will watch it free on telly. 50 plus years, 5 season cards for 20 years. Fuck off.. Not sure how it's the club's fault. The club know it can't cope with this kind of volume of tickets itself, hence outsourcing it to a major ticketing company who realistically shouldn't have any issues. The club isn't to blame whatsoever.

For anyone just logging on here, I'll give you my experience, hope it helps:
tried to log on thru link on our site just after 12:15, was told there were 858 people ahead of me before I could access the site, this did not move for a good 40 minutes. Then the queue number started dropping & I was given an estimated time of reaching the site of 13:00, this then kept increasing to 13:08 before dropping quite rapidly.
Once on the site, first thing I did was change no of tickets required (at the top left of screen) from 1 to 4. I then chose to pick seats myself & went on to the map. I then picked 4 seats, making sure I picked 2 adult prices & 2 17-21 year olds. Luckily for me, the charging process went ok & I paid, though there is a time clock ticking down, which is a bit nerve wracking.
Once payment confirmed you can check your purchase is in "my account" & I also received a confirmation email.
Quite a frustrating process but it feels worth it now, I spent about an hour in total.
Good luck to all struggling with this process.

Not sure why tickets which are on line cannot be printed immediately.
Fuckin queue looks to have stalled again.
Lovely day and Im stuck in here with this shite system pissing me off.

If people are struggling some of this helps. Use the link on the Town App/website to direct you to Ticketmaster, rather than going direct to Ticketmaster on your phone/laptop. Put how many seats you want first, before you start looking. The seating Map is shit and takes ages, use the scroll down block/seat finder. Trying to pick an exact seat will time you out as it lags, heavily. Good luck.

Got more in my basket now - worse seats than previously as well - and it’s now saying I have to assign each ticket individually whereas all 5 came up under my name the fist time. I can only assign 2 because the other 3 are for family so I’m fucking stuck again. Fucking shambles.
