Do you get a confirmation email straight away?
It's taken money but then kicked me out, however, now I'm back on and trying to book tickets again it says 'You are booking more tickets than you are allowed' so does that mean my initial transaction was successful or not?
I'm so stressed and confused now.

Got tickets eventually but might have suffered a stroke in the process. Shambles.
And what's this fee for 'Wembley Print at Home'? Aren't tickets being posted out to us?

Why are people bothering "assigning" the tickets? Takes up more time and is completely unnecessary

Is there any need to tell you load of anxious Annie's that I joined the link at 11.30 and was in the queue then? 527 in front, the system seemed to let 2 lumps of 250 in and at 12.01 I was in and other than not realising I needed to tell it how many tickets I wanted everything was done at 12.05.

I am at select payment stage and a timer is on.
After the timer has expired does it take you to payment details or should I be doing something?
Any help would be appreciated.

Successful on the second time after the 'go faster' button has been pressed on the site. The first time we got right through to confirming the card details and then it threw us out - it will be interesting as to whether it takes the money. After going through the queue again and checking my purchase history to confirm it hadn't completed, we went through it all again and managed to get the tickets selected and paid for in less than 5 minutes. It didn't ask to reassign any, even though I have bought an OAP ticket in our group of 4 and I'm not over 65 (although one of the Season tickets I can manage is an OAP one).

No, if you're of nervous disposition don't bother assigning them it takes a good 10 seconds (feels like 10 minutes!) of nothing happening before they are assigned. Gave up doing all 6 and so some assigned some not, doesn't make a difference! Thank you I managed to get 4 tickets in my basket again and didn’t assign. I daren’t press more icons than I needed to! Purchase confirmed Same as me. First time pressed assign. It hung. Eventually I timed out. Second time round I just left them all assigned to me. Sod it!

It didn't complete the first time, nothing in the account history - it's whether there was any communication at all with the card provider in the background to reserve the funds.

Finally done. Mental. Just booked 17 tickets across 3 accounts - more than half of us are season ticket holders in family groups, plus wives and a couple of other who come to the odd game but can't commit to a ST. Naturally we want to sit together. System is mental, as although all of these ST holders are on my "network" I couldn't assign tickets to them - it still limited me to 6. So had to have three accounts logged in on 3 devices to be sure of seats together.

I'm so stressed and confused now. I had the email instantly but it was in the junk folder. Also, if log in to ticketmaster account separately and look at purchasing history I can see the ticket confirmation there too. Worth checking in ticketmaster account if no email yet.

Only an email confirmation is actual confirmation of a purchase. Ticketmaster don’t reserve funds generally, they are taken immediately.

Got more in my basket now - worse seats than previously as well - and it’s now saying I have to assign each ticket individually whereas all 5 came up under my name the fist time. I can only assign 2 because the other 3 are for family so I’m fucking stuck again. Fucking shambles. Did yours definitely not go through the first time? Mine assigned all 5 to me fine (I didn’t update or re assign). Timed out. Second time round all assigned to me by default too. If I add more to basket now it only assigns one to me by default (to make the 6 total I'm allowed) and the others need to be assigned (I just checked to test the above) If they didn’t go through the first time round I’m wondering if they’re still somehow stuck in your timed out basket and therefore it’s not assigning to you.

Block 122 rows 20 and 21, if you're in the area say hi Not too far away. Block 123 row 9. So, I'll not be too far. Wanted cowshed, but bringing missus from the US. So, unsure how that would be for her. Managed to secure 4 tickets. Got a few people to thank for helping with reference etc. But, I'll be sure to say hello.
