Where's the print off option on the confirmation email? Go to your account history and select the latest purchase, which should be today's! Then you can resend the email. |

It’s amazed me how many people have had the time to spend online at Ticketmaster during the day on a work day. Surely us SC holders that work will get the chance to get a ticket on the first day of sale? I wondered if this is as a result of a number of people still working at home. It was impractical for me to try and do it at work today so my 3 friends were all trying to do it. 2 of them work from home and the other is retired. They spent a lot of time trying to get them sorted when they first went on sale - we got 2 lots and then I've done the final lot when I got home. By 3.15 it took me two minutes but I wonder if far more people than normal were able to go online at 12pm that would perhaps have been able to 5 years ago. |

This has just been a right farce-we’d earmarked blocks that haven't even been released (would have helped to have been notified of this!) so had to have a rethink then got thrown out after choosing seats twice to eventually get them near the corner (not what we wanted initially) but hopefully should be ok seeing as they are Cat 3.
Thank f**k we don’t get to Wembley every season! I’ve had to remortgage the house for this trip too!!!

We have 5 Season tickets linked to one account and I can buy 6 tickets and assign them to one season ticket. Does anyone know if i go back in to buy another 6 and assign them to a different season ticket if this will work? Yes it does |

I’ve just been to the pub for some stress relief.. select payment page froze . At one time I had 18 tickets in my basket ( only wanted 6) . I finally managed to book 6 together miles away from my original choice.
Surely someone from the club will take all these comments onboard for future reference!

It didn't work for me. I bought six under one ticket, then went back to buy another four but had to get his log in details as I couldn't buy them by just assigning them to him ? It those who go to a lot of games without a SC surely will know people who have one? Moan, moan fing moan. Club can’t do right for wrong once again despite delivering our best season in decades. Comments like this are beginning to boil my p***. The implication you're less of a supporter if you point out what the club has done is strange (or just f*****g daft). I praise when the club does things right but I'm f****d if I'm not going to say when they've got something wrong..... .....and if it's not raised as an issue, nothing will ever change.......why do companies try so hard to get customer feedback (although sometimes Town seem to find supporters an irritant). ...and trust me it should be a lot f*****g easier to sort out away or Wembley ticket priorities than it is coping with 46 Championship games. ....but we've made it look a lot harder..... Agreed. And it would be a pretty pointless forum if we all agreed and congratulated everyone on everything ! |

It does say in the information on the town web site that the blocks will be filled North to South. I missed it until this morning as well. I was annoyed as I wanted the South East corner, luckily the blocks on the lower tiers had been released. |

Actually worked in our favour as the delay freed up some tickets closer to the first batch than I'd previously found. |

Only working from home & the "in effect" flexi-time working that allows has saved me today. I said a good few pages back that there should have been a (fairly short say 24 hours) period where only ST holders could buy for themselves and other ST holders (to allow groups to sit together). Doesn't seem right or (more importantly) fair to me that Non-Season Ticket holders have (in effect) chosen their seat before you. After that let ST holders buy more tickets (if they want that much to sit with non ST friends they'll be prepared to wait), the more we take the better. Seems pretty obvious to me. |

This is the worst experience of buying tickets I have ever experienced.
No offence to anyone who’s done it - but how can it be right to allow people to buy 6 tickets ( some going to non season card holders ) when season card holders who couldn’t get on to the site earlier, end up either with a crap option of sitting in the gods or not getting a ticket at all?
Plus this ordering platform is not fit for use - it’s bloody scandalous.

I work in construction management and I've done some right work shying today for over an hour at lunchtime.
The lads on site they cannot do that, bite to eat then back to a shift.
I think it's a tad unfair on all. Should have been opened at 5pm.

Whichever bellend thought it would be a good idea to allow each SC holder to buy 6 should probably consider a different career.. We have what..15,000 season card holders?? I might be wrong here but pretty sure for the Reading game it was 2 tickets per SC holder.. thus giving every SC holder a decent chance of getting a seat in the area they want. I couldn't log on until 5 to get mine, almost all of us SC holders and the best there was left was up in the gods. Nice ill be able to look down at the thousands of non season card holders sitting in the areas we wanted to be in. Cheers for that Town. When did Laurel and Hardy get put in charge of our ticket office? Careful Captain, I've already had a telling off today for daring to criticise any aspect of the club..... ....but you're right 6 tickets for ST holders straight away was a joke. |
