Right. This is the worst experience of buying tickets I have ever experienced. No offence to anyone who’s done it - but how can it be right to allow people to buy 6 tickets ( some going to non season card holders ) when season card holders who couldn’t get on to the site earlier, end up either with a crap option of sitting in the gods or not getting a ticket at all? Plus this ordering platform is not fit for use - it’s bloody scandalous. They're releasing blocks in a clockwise manner. Wait till tomorrow and other blocks will available which may suit better.

I'd say seems an odd time. Why not 5pm, that would have been better than midday. I work in construction management and I've done some right work shying today for over an hour at lunchtime. The lads on site they cannot do that, bite to eat then back to a shift. I think it's a tad unfair on all. Should have been opened at 5pm. More than a tad unfair. Some plastic fans get more benefit than season card holders who have attended every game? Not just that, sadly. Some people looking to make a killing www.livefootballtickets.com/fixtures/championship-play-off-final-tickets-football-league-championship-play-off.html

No communication or feedback from the club on this fiasco?
Probably pre-occupied designing the play off final clappers.

6 sorted at about 1210. Another 4 about 1225. All season ticket holders except 1. Always going to be hiccups and we might not be able to get the seats want but whats the alternative. Sell all view ticket office where we would need to take a whole day off work to sort

Hmm wonder how easy it is to walk to a different section? Rest of my family managed to get tickets in 111, im stuck in 503.
Half a mind just to walk out on the bottom section and just walk to them and crush in. They wouldn't mind but dont know how feasible it will be.

Season card holders had the same opportunity at 12 today. I haven't got a season card but was lucky enough to get a spare ref which enabled me queue virtually alongside everyone including season card holders to buy 6 tickets. Moan, moan, moan!

Whichever bellend thought it would be a good idea to allow each SC holder to buy 6 should probably consider a different career.. We have what..15,000 season card holders?? I might be wrong here but pretty sure for the Reading game it was 2 tickets per SC holder.. thus giving every SC holder a decent chance of getting a seat in the area they want. I couldn't log on until 5 to get mine, almost all of us SC holders and the best there was left was up in the gods. Nice ill be able to look down at the thousands of non season card holders sitting in the areas we wanted to be in. Cheers for that Town. When did Laurel and Hardy get put in charge of our ticket office? For the Reading game, season ticket holders could get 4 tickets each, but you could buy up to 10 tickets in each transaction. 6 tickets each was ridiculous.

To be honest, 6 tickets for a season ticket holder isnt bad at all.
Any town fan regardless of whether you go or not will know a season ticket holder. They could have got one for you. Anybody had an opportunity today to get a ticket.

Does anyone know whether concession tickets include students and whether ID is required upon purchase or at the turnstile? There's a 17-21 pricing category which I guess is for students Cat 1 - £98 Adults, £73.50 17-21, £49 Concesssions = Orange Cat 2 - £76 Adults, £57 17-21, £38 Concesssions = Pink Cat 3 - £64 Adults, £48 17-21, £32 Concesssions = Green Cat 4 - £52 Adults, £39 17-21, £26 Concesssions = Yellow Cat 5 - £36 Adults, £ 27 17-21, £18 Concesssions = Blue How come the lentil eaters get concessions ?

What other company would you recommend they use? Not bothered about which company does it but how about a short re-assuring communication from the club explaining some simple things that many are having issues/problems/uncertainties about. They must know about the concerns.

They must know about the concerns. This isn’t aimed directly at you mate but as we are discussing it…what do you want the club to actually do? How will the club, putting an arm around people saying ‘we know people are struggling’, help in any way? The club may have caused issues for some people by letting SC holders 6 tickets. I get that. But who knows just yet? There may be other sections open up. Do the club even have a say in how Ticketmaster run their business? Probably not. People just want to point the finger for their own failings, more so the people who struggle online. I fully understand people work and it’s difficult at 12’o clock. What about those that work shifts, or have no internet at all during the day, or don’t get paid until friday…where does it end? There’s plenty of posts on here helping people along. Theres plenty of tickets available. If there’s a few of you and you can’t all sit together well so be it, you’ll survive sitting a few feet apart.

Have they released all the tickets?
Or are there other blocks going on sale? Don't really fancy sitting in the third tier to be with my mates if I can help it.

Historically they release more sections after Day 1. They’ve done that for a long time. There’s no way on earth we could sell over 30,000 in one day, I would be amazed, so I would think more will open up. I hope they do for the people who struggled today.

If you read the thread the whole way through there are many folk asking questions re assigning, printing, will more seat be coming available for groups, is the 2 tickets per transaction for non ST holders the limit or can they do another transaction for 2 more tickets etc etc just off the top of my head. Don’t need a comforting arm just a quick communication from the club addressing these common questions. Edit - see the posts above. Rightly or wrongly fans don’t know what the hell is happening and we are relying on other fans to graciously help out.

I was buying for 10 ! are you limited to 6 per transaction but allowed 6 per sc holder?? Absolutely bizarre. So today my group could all have sat together but we can’t as I can’t buy the 10 sc tickets on my account. But I could have logged in three times with my own tickets and bought 18 alone. Absolutely thick as fuck the folk who make it up.

Tickets could be saved for schools also, in 2017 my 2 kids were at Christ church Accademy, pupils got free tickets through the foundation, coach travel also, 2 coaches went from CCA. was all the schools supported by the foundation, dont know if that is happening again as i dont live in Hudds anymore and kids high school and beyond now.
