Whats the step by step way to do this as us old fogies normally talk to a human being Guaranteed a lot of people wont bother because of this system which seems nothing more than someone saving money on human resources
I dont have access to a printer so im going to go somewhere that has..ie library for example, or maybe you might know someone with a printer, if you use a library computer, go onto you e-mail account, and then ask someone there to take you through the steps to print it off, it should only be a few pence. What is the step by step way of buying or reserving a ticket starting from scratch I also don't have a printer which makes this system not good and some of towns more elderly fans don't even know how to use a computer

Click on search for tickets, choose the Wembley game, put in that you want 2 tickets, and then it will show what's available with 2 together. Choose the 2 you want by clicking on the relevant circles, then scroll down the screen to check out. Don't worry about the printing at this stage. Emails aren't being sent out until Tuesday or Wednesday this week - and someone will help you with that if necessary then. Good luck

I sympathise to some extent Sugy but the internet has been around decades mate and you weren’t an old fogey 20 years ago so it’s not really an excuse. You use this site fine. Im sure the ticket office will help you if you ring them.

Cant really take you through it all cos i cant remember the exact process, if you have the time just onto the town ticketing website, if it works as it should its reasonably straightforward.

Are they releasing all the remaining blocks at 12pm?

Are they releasing all the remaining blocks at 12pm? Depends how many are left but tbh you'd think everything will be on offer now it's just 2 days before they start emailing tickets out and they've probably not much idea what general sale demand will be. Anyone wanting more than two will be making 2 or more visits to the site adding to the congestion.

Just to add to the above; If all fails (or you're not internet savvy) ring the ticket office 01484 960 606 or email; ticketenquiries@htafc.com. or call in person at the ticket office (open 10am till 4pm) they will only be too glad to help.

Are they releasing all the remaining blocks at 12pm? They said they would open the next one as the previous one fills up

A lot of people prefer to sit along the side rather than behind the goal. If they're hanging on for those blocks to open up but everyone else has the same idea then they will never get around to there. Should just make everything available today

Are they releasing all the remaining blocks at 12pm? No. They will release 1 or 2 blocks at a time. When those have filled, they will open another, in a clockwise direction.

can we sell out? not looking likely at the moment is it? Based on? If that rumours on here are that we've sold just north of 30 that doesn't leave a huge amount left for general sale.

A hell of a lot of those top tier behind the goal were taken last night . Obviously by season ticket holders , which seems a bit strange leaving it late like that . Not many blue dots up there at all now .

With less than a week to go isn't it time that those with previous ticket buying history can start buying them? I mean, how much time do season ticket holders actually need to buy them?

Just trying to buy 4 tickets as a season ticket holder and its asking me to assign them. What's all that about? I have 1 season ticket but thought I could buy up to 6 however it will only allow to assign to 1.

Sigh.
Just went onto my eticketing account in anticipation of noon and guess what? When clicking in history nothing is showing.
I had a season ticket from 2003 - 2011 (went home and away) and then been to around 6 games this season (booked by someone else) and DO have an email from e-ticketing for the Brentford game in 2016 at the start of the season 100% booked through my e-ticketing account.
Hoping the ticketing office can help...

Who's brilliant idea was it to make it 2 tickets per transaction for non-SC holders??
So some bloke fancies taking his two kids.. he has to get 2 seats together, then log back in and hope the seats next to them havent been bought in the meantime.. which if theres a bit of a rush on could well have happened.
Its like these people go out of their way to make this process as difficult as they can.

Thanks both, I got there in end though I've no idea how. I only held back as I didn't fancy back rows upper tier as I've got wife and kids with me. UTT

Hope we do sell out. Think youre right. Can't see there being much of a surge today and we still have about 12000 to sell. Be surprised if we shift half of them as most non SC holders who want to go will already have bought through someone they know. If youre a casual supporter thinking of going with your kids its not just the faff of buying the tickets in this overly complicated system, more than anything its the expense. Gonna be at least £100 per person by the time you've factored everything in. So £300-£400 for a family. Lot of money at the moment with everything thats going on when you can watch it on the telly.
