I think a lot of people will be surprised by the non ST purchases to be honest and fully expect a similar scenario to Wednesday with a huge queue at 12 (or even before)

For people who might end up fragmented, is there the opportunity to swap tickets at all? There's obviously a trust issue here, so you'd have to be 100% certain about who you're dealing with, but just a thought, seeing as there might be some fragmentation of families once they're on open sale?

There is currently a queue of 200+ people waiting for the release of the next batch of tickets.
Just remember anyone who's not sorted yet...stay calm, might be a rush on at 12-2pm but we've got plenty of tickets and if we do sell out we can request more (as we did in 2017).
I still think theres approximately 6- 8,000 left.

Who's brilliant idea was it to make it 2 tickets per transaction for non-SC holders?? So some bloke fancies taking his two kids.. he has to get 2 seats together, then log back in and hope the seats next to them havent been bought in the meantime.. which if theres a bit of a rush on could well have happened. Its like these people go out of their way to make this process as difficult as they can. The worse part of it is that kids tickets can't be bought without an adult ticket so they'll have to buy an adult ticket for one of the kids. I've got a complicated situation to work out as I need 3 adults and 2 kids, but one of the adults (my cousin) has always had their ticket bought by me or my uncle. So this is 3 transations |

Its like these people go out of their way to make this process as difficult as they can. It's a right pain. My tickets should be 1 X ambulant disabled plus carer 2 X kids tickets. Sent them an email to ask how to book, no response. And currently sat in a telephone queue for the ticket office for an hour. Spent about £450 on travel and will need petrol and a hotel room added to that. Came over for the home play off leg with my lad and spent probably £400 (worth it) but I think if I hadn't booked the ferry I would be watching from home as the hold music is doing my head in and it's getting closer to the 12pm general sale 😬 Wish me luck UTT |

Re the queue I assume you don’t refresh and it lets you in when ready yeah just leave it and it'll open automatically when it's your turn. You'll see the clock going up at the bottom which is a sign it's updating, DONT refresh the window yourself. Should see the green bar start to move once it opens up. |

Hope I am wrong about it because it's no good for families |

Can those who already have tickets just stay off the site, it's internet rubbernecking and will only hold things up for those genuinely looking for tickets. We can all have a look at how many blocks we've sold out at the end of the week.
