Mine is only giving junior prices, what's going on! Crashes every time, free for all, not working. Terrible system It does say something like section 503 (for example) 'from £18' Just click on it and see if you can then change it to an adult ticket. It should drop down the page asking what age group you are wanting. |

Managed to get through the second time on the phone after another 40+ minutes.
Bought my 4 tickets with no issue when I got through.
That's 1 X ambulant disabled plus carer and two kids.
That's me out of both the online AND telephone queues, so it's not me jamming the system now.
Good luck everyone and hopefully see you all Sunday ⚽

Yeah, I think that's the only way for disabled to get tickets as I've had to phone the ticket office for the past 12 years. As I wasn't getting anywhere or getting replies for Wembley by email I was going to get them online, but failed and then I luckily managed to get through on the phone. |

I was 140 in the queue at 11:30 and by 12:01 I was in, selected two seats and then they wouldn't go into the basket then I got booted into 2993 in a queue. I then went on my phone afterwards and it put me 993. Also won't log me into my account. The queue isn't a queue as the website is down and f*cked. I expect HTAFC to have a response to this and a POA for potential future high demand ticket sales regardless if we win on Sunday. We cannot ignore and hide from inadequacies and shoddy service. Maybe if the club didn't spunk all it's money on out sourcing and wasting huge amounts of funds in a lot of internal areas we'd be able to set out a much more efficient, customer first in-house service... |

Got an estimated time on the queue again now, seems like people are being let back in, with a much slower moving queue and less people on the website at one time.

I mean the queue might be so big due to non purchase history lot. How would ticketmaster know if you've previous buying with Town? Would it make you queue but once you get there deny it? Its proper odd using them if I'm honest. I'd rather queue at the ground like the good old day |
