What we suppose to do they fucked it up massively 6 tickets per season ticket holder who sorted this shit idea out giving tickets to people who have never been to a game You could have got one through a SC holder? And the comment never been to a game? You are getting them on general sale, same could be said about you?? Just be patient, it was like this Wednesday. I lost my rag. Sorted itself in the end. |

I wonder if any are forest fans? How does it know you've previous on ticketmaster? Will it know when you're about to buy? You need to still have a town account with transaction history. |

Although it's scant consolation, it sounds like Forest fans are having the same problems...
Maybe they should have used a really well established online ticket broker, like Ticketmaster....

I expect at some level, though it won't be seen on screen at 'our end', the ticketmaster site will be processing all the Forest allocation seating as well as our own at the same time today so there is bound to be considerable pressure on it. No excuse for the crashes though, they have been doing this sort of stuff for long enough now.

Just had an update. Got a 39 min wait before it's my turn 🙄 I had that last week. Told me 46 min wait, then suddenly came tumbling down and only waited around 15 mins in the end….hopefully similar happens for all today |

I was no. 120 in queue at 12, got onto the site. Had 2 tickets selected and it booted me out and ive not been sat in a ‘queue’ for over an hour saying ‘you’re up next’. My cousin got his 2 at 12:03 but was 20th in the queue. He’s the only one i know who’s managed to get tickets so far

They've released all blocks down to 523. Loads (almost all) of tickets left in all blocks from 516 - 523.
Obviously I just made it in...

36486 was “initial” allocation. Does that mean there are potentially more if we sell out? Yes, we'll get a couple thousand more should we sell out. I think we took 37,700 5 years ago and still had hundreds of tickets left. |

terrible ticket booking system: i was in the line to book a ticket, got in, but the tickets i was reserving kept returning messages like "sorry we can't reserve that seat, try reloading" - even though the seating map afterwards showed the same seats available. and after some 10 attempts (with the same seats and with different seats) the system kicked me out so that i had to go back into the queue, which now is one hour long... which probably means that the single ticket i wanted will no more be available. so flights booked for nothing, because of the terrible ticket system :-(

Site kept crashing whilst sorting out payment but tickets have finally been sorted. From what I’ve seen / heard it’s just complete luck whether you get in or not.
