I am naturally a pessimist, although with that I then don't throw a hissy fit when things go wrong, and my incline is we can't afford to go behind against Forest. If we go behind I reckon we'll struggle to get back into the game and are more likely to get picked off and give the Forest and plastic armchair fans what they want. It's a shame Davis is back too, as he offers something totally different, which will give Carlos and the CBs a headache. At times he's like one of those overgrown kids in the u15s that just knocks all the others out of the way 😄 Saying all that, I've still put a bet on us, as 3/1 was too long! Think Davis will start as sub and be Plan B if Plan A isn't working He's a dangerous sub Tino is potentially equally dangerous

Can anyone get enough signal to use their mobile data? Should be a few links available around kick off tomorrow. that's an idea, could move up the hill a bit, get a phone connection and make a hotspot, then hopefully sign in with my tablet...i'm looking for bars locally but don't seem to be interested in the rugby, hopefully with it being on sky on sunday the town game will be on somewhere... Campsite owner told me they are installing fibre..but not til August ! m.livesoccertv.com/match/4334820/huddersfield-town-vs-nottingham-forest/ This shows you international coverage channels

Yeah that'd be the best bet for tomorrow, if you can get signal you shouldn't have a problem finding a link via hesgoal etc.. if you can't use your tablet.

Sat outside Wembley stadium.
All kicked off half an hour ago between Mansfield and Port Vale fans. I didn’t know there was a non league game taking place today.
For anyone staying at Wembley Premier Inn. As we have just found out there are 2 now!

BBC Sport websites headline for their right up on the game "Forest "must thrive" in play off final v the Terriers" 🤨

Who are the Sky team tomorrow -Macnuff is the only educated one of them all who gives Town an honest and fair crack and really knows his stuff -Just finished watching the Giants on BBC and that was a total Wigan love in-does my head in -and watching Nick Robinson hitting a government minister with a blatant lie yesterday sums them all up -always partisan

With a back up of Shilton, Anderson, Clarke, Burns, Lloyd, McGovern, O'Neill, Birtles, Woodcock, Francis, Bowyer and Robertson.

Never, ever, want to see Town lose, but Trees will be firm favourites and are arguably the better side. On the basis that I never want to see Town lose, it would not be the worst thing ever to avoid weekly beatings in Prem. I don't expect victory, but will be cheering the boys On nevertheless. On the other hand, we can dream....🙏🙏 that is a well put post.

Weather forecast for us here is a max of only 14C tomorrow. Might still need sunglasses but don’t think heat stroke will be an issue.

I think whichever team loses the fans will be out of stadium and getting away from Wembley fast as they can tbh Can either group of fans be arsed to wait for the others to stop celebrating and come out? On a Sunday night? And don't think there will be any trouble before the game Might be a few small outbreaks inside the stadium

Oh jeez - 5.05am and woke for a piss there and bloody hell the nerves starting to kick in already ! Quietly and cautiously confident without being cocky... possibly because of Forest and their media lackeys arrogance (Trusting DATM on this one as the media are just something I don’t give credence to or listen or read - Gimme blogs any day of the week)...
Quick look out the back... birds munching their brecky at ma feeders already, a couple of Highland Cows and their scary looking antlers munching theirs in the field beyond my garden fence and a beautiful sunrise to the North there... nothing happening to the front, not a motor or person moving, just a few moderate waves lapping lovely Lochindall and the peat smoke from the kiln fires at Port Ellen Maltings trailing up into the sky 7 miles in the distance beyond that...
Anyway the calm before the storm as it’s Huddersfield Town’s biggest day of the season - actually for many a season - in fact FIVE YEARS TO THE DAY - since Reading at Wembley - is The 29th May about to be a date eternally etched into Huddy Town folklore - A win today and it definitely is so hopefully !
Got ma good friends from Huddersfield - Sue, Robert and Alfie the dog relocating around to the West of The West Island in their motor home today and hopefully find them a wee corner in ma estate (24 house estate ! ) to park for one night and head to Bruichladdich Distillery for an hour and a half of their magnificent open day and then back two miles south with a few jugs of malt and Botanist gin to hopfully toast a fine Town win (in the Lochindall Hotel) !
Ach Hell - I’m the only one awake here in Islay - Distillery night shift workers apart - (The cops and fire service don’t do that here thankfully) - so back to bed for a bit... a sneaky wee Clorphenamine (hangover happy tab) to relax and sleep zzzzzzzzzzz and see yous all in a bit for the score prediction and the amazing build up atmosphere that will be building up at Wembley !!!!

Say Hello to The lovely Inverness for me Kenny !
Beautiful part of the world in Scotland and I love a long weekend up there once a season to see ma beloved Highland League favourites - CLACHNACUDDIN. FC -
Possibly not always clocked, but it looks like Town have supporters spread far and wide in areas all around Scotland ⚽️ 🏴 👍
Great to see that indeed and I bet teams like say Preston and Wigan etc wish they had that - everyone here knows about Huddersfield Town for sure and see a different strip daily on me !
Safe flight - and have a - (hopefully God willing) - good few celebratory drams of whisky if Town reach The Promised Land ! 🥃🥃

Fucking hell I'm hungover...
Anyone on the 9:40 from Leeds look out for the hungover bloke trying to stomach a Guinness, come give me a pat on the back and tell me everything is going to be ok.
