Need to earn their vast pay packet, not just a few. Need the manager to motivate and tell it like it is, not make bs excuses. Getting relegated will not be a good way of saving money.

I’m sure DS is getting his message across but he will not give that message verbatim to us or in the press. It’s about man management.
And I’m sure no-one at the club wants to get relegated, cost savings or not!

Missing this one as I'm on a belated honeymoon (bloody covid, meaning it's two years late!). This means we'll turn up and perform. Possibly. First home game I've been legally allowed to go to I've missed in 11 years, but still very annoying.

Another tough game. West Brom are better than their league position. Hopefully after a weekend off we have some more fitness into the players. Hopefully we don’t capitulate in the first half. For sure it’s time to start putting some points on the board.

West Brom’s pay packet must be about three times the size of ours. Does that mean they will be even more motivated than us? |
