I think you will find they are posters replying, mostly be disagreeing, with the 'we just played long ball', 'Schofield has no plan', etc, posts.I think much of it is folk who just need to post very regularly and having a dig will usually get you a response, which you can disagree with, and so on. I just don't find it at all useful. We finished 3rd last season and still got the moaners everytime we lost or a player had a bad game. I just don't get the constant negativity when we are supposed to be supporters. Isn't debate like that what this place is about? It isn't debate, it is constant negative moaning. Any opportunity to have a go at DH, DS or the players. I just can't fathom why, if it is so awful and with no chance of it improving then why the hell do they bother? |

I don’t understand the shock at disjointed performances / style points Of course it looks disjointed in parts… Just 3 of yesterday’s starting XI started the play off final 6 games ago It’s hardly going to be coherent for 90 minutes is it? Given resources, lack of squad depth, injuries / absences I think that’s a very good point. Take Eiting - wasn’t even on bench in play off final - he’d walk into the team now I wonder if you would have been quite so understanding if Corberan had been in charge of that performance... 😉 |

What are you on about? Any thread on this forum will continue until people stop contributing. Whether that thread is about Town vs. WBA, Neil Warnock or Whisky! Don't get your point. If we had won it would have been half as long and ended much sooner. We are getting so many 'we are all doomed' posts everytime we do anything but win it just, to me, seems ridiculously repetitive and unhelpful when we are going through a time of change. Some people get much more out of a defeat.. or in this case even a draw, than they do a win. I think some people get off on pessimism and negativity. They love it! I find it tedious beyond belief. Theres enough things to worry about in the world today without going out of your way to exaggerate out of all reason any concerns over your football team. |

Folk complaining fans on here are moaning about DS, DH etc. well we are 2nd bottom, I’m pretty sure it’s pretty deserving. DS has a shit hand and shouldn’t be in charge. But hey ho plucky Town are minnows blah blah We are 5 games into the season with a new coach. Have you ever had to step up into a more demanding role at work, at short notice whilst you lose some of your best staff and get a bunch of new folk in? Time. DS needs time. Some on here were writing him off after a couple of games. It feels like some want him and the club to fail, which makes the description supporter seem like a really poor fit. |

I agree with you on the general principle there, people do moan too readily and it's a bit classless how quickly people go to attacking the person nowadays. But I think it's fair game to moan about tactics almost interminably on this forum, and we don't talk about it nearly enough. |

But I think it's fair game to moan about tactics almost interminably on this forum, and we don't talk about it nearly enough. Differing opinions on tactics is fine, and I’m sure there will always be different camps on that. That is the sort of stuff you would banter in the pub about and a forum like this is a good place to do that. It would just be nice for some balance and understanding that our opinions will mostly be ‘perfect world’ situations and life is more complicated when you have to sort it for real. |

If we are 10 points adrift come Xmas, then something that was obvious could have been stopped. But we could be sat here at Xmas and be top 6. From what I’ve seen thus far, I can’t see it at all. Hope I’m wrong |

they're top of the league right now, but I think Reading are a couple of injuries away from completely crashing, and Ince does not have a good track record as a manager. I think Charlton were top at this stage a few seasons ago and got relegated I think you may be right. |
