It’s clear the club is now in a bit of a pickle. Some panic signings potentially tomorrow, but the rot is setting in.
In your opinion, who’s to blame and why?

Hoyle signed him off, but Bromby sold the vision.

It's noone other than hoyle. He's been great for the club for over a decade. I was surprised when webber left and let it go. That is now the nadir of his management of the club. Why didn't he pay him £10m a year to stay after finding wagner instead of spending money on what turned out to be dross. Webber went on to be allowed to do his job at Norwich as well as make them money, which is what Dean keeps saying he wants to do at town.
Phil was a stop gap, but why slag him off instead of thankng him for what he's done. Ive no doubt Phil is possibly a bit arrogant, but would he have done what Dean has just done if they could have worked together.
All a bit of a mess really. Unless Dean can straiten his head out and sort out 2 defenders a midfielder and a striker and possibly a head coach it's going to be a long campaign.

Too early to say. Let's see who comes in tomorrow plus a couple back from injuries then we can make a fairer assessment

For me, Carlos! He had an exceptional year with average players and duped you all in to thinking we were premier league. Too early to assess any of this yet for this year so let’s see what tomorrow brings and re-assess in a few weeks. Either way it’s football, it’s not life or death.

Ultimately Dean Hoyle who for me should have had the club repay his loans when the £220m of sky TV cash came in. No one would have complained at that but to decide to do it after relegation, with players on the books we couldn't get rid of and destroying any hope of a legacy from the PL . That for me was unforgivable and has ultimately left us where we are now.

Dean Hoyle. Phil actually implemented a lot of good things despite not having the money required. Hoyle won’t spend and has made some awful decisions. His last two managerial appointments have been truly awful.

I don't know if this is true but if it is jesus🤦♂️ Yeah it's true. I also saw Bromby pull Schofield up by his rucksack and threaten to beat him up by the bike sheds if he didn't give him his lunch money

Is anyone actually surprised about the current results, form and whole set up of the club? We only get 1 good season in 10 at Town, the club are happy to mill along doing just enough to scrape by. If Carlos had stayed I honestly don't think it would have been any different, you can only polish a turd for so long. We were average last year, we fooled everyone with our anti football, Carlos knew this, that's why he bailed, knoeing no investment was forthcoming. Granted Schofield has been dealt a poor hand, timing and squad wise, but we just look directionless on the pitch. Sounds like an improved performance last night but same old defensive frailties are on show, we're a soft touch.

There should be another option - impatient fans. However, it’s always someone else’s fault, isn’t it?

There should be another option - impatient fans. However, it’s always someone else’s fault, isn’t it? Impatient for what exactly? Since the relegation from the Pl we've had 1 good season, the rest have been dross served up by dross players and managers. I think Town fans are patient, the amount of season tickets sold wouldn't have been sold at other similar type clubs after the garbage on the pitch we get served up season after season. I think Town fans are excellent home and away.

There should be another option - impatient fans. However, it’s always someone else’s fault, isn’t it? Blame us. We bought the season tickets. We supported the club. We travelled to away games. We bought all the merch. We sucked up all the iFollow streams. We forced the club to hire a totally inexperienced (at this level of the game) coach. We forced our ex-coach to look at the whole shitshow and think 'Im off'.

That would be my shout. Don't get me wrong, overall I'm grateful for the job he did, but if he was going to leave it should have been within a week of the final at Wembley. Fucked up the preparation for this season.
