RIP Eleanor. How sad  Would hope the club will be organising some show of respect on Sunday. A minute's silence/ applause for sure. Maybe the players could all have Eleanor on the back of their shirts as a one off... If the EFL would allow it? |

I'm sure the club will liaise with Eleanor's family on the most respectful way to remember her. The OP's suggestion of the press box being renamed after her is a fitting tribute I'd've thought. Eleanor has been remembered on the 'RIP Thread' in the Off Topic section, but clearly as this one hits close to home, a thread of condolence here is very much appropriate. RIP Eleanor. |

Teared up a bit reading all the tributes from current and former colleagues, clearly a very well liked person around the club.
If things aren't going too well on the pitch this weekend, think twice before directing frustrations towards the club as the people facing that will be Eleanor's colleagues, who will be having a difficult time of it at the moment to say the least

She'd pinned it at the top of her twitter, clearly someone happy to have a laugh at her own expense. Truly awful news, you can see looking at the tributes from staff and players past and present what a lovely person she clearly was. Just had an emotional 10 minutes reading the messages of condolence & loss on Twitter.
All were heartfelt and truly heartbreaking. She was clearly a hugely liked and highly thought of young lady.
May she live on in all who loved her.
